Matthew CaytonAfter asking around, I was very surprised to find that this was the cheapest place to stay in addition to being the best hostel in Rome! I had a great time here and met some cool people in my room. There's a bar on the ground floor which is a cool place to chill out after a long day exploring the Eternal City and have a relatively cheap beer or two. Beware the rush for free pizza, it's gone within 30 sec...if that much. It kind of makes for friendly competition though I guess haha. Definitely a well-run hostel that understands the needs of backpackers. They even have a cheap, funny t-shirt that can help give new life to a backpacker's ragged wardrobe, haha. |

darrin yeeThe hostel is very clean and the room stays warm for the winter chill. Staff is really nice and helpful. One girl even remember my name and room number. The hostel is about 5 minutes from a metro. Breakfast was okay and there was free pizza at 8:30 PM every night. The restaurant across the street and at the corner, I think it is called Pizzeria Bar, is really good and well priced, great Pasta! |

Ana Karina Ortega CalderónThe staff was very nice and helpful, the people really likes to party and the services are fine. The only thing that I didn't like too much is the fact that they doesn't have elevator, and the street doesn't look very safe. But the hostel was OK |

Maximillian LehmanI liked the location to the termini station. I also liked that there was a bar downstairs, and the staff was very friendly. The things i would suggest to improve upon would be possibly individual reading lights so as to not wake everyone in the room up. I am also not sure about having to buy tokens to buy alcohol at the bar, wouldn't it be easier to pay cash. Otherwise really enjoyed my stay and would stay again! |

Joanna ChiaThe really comfortable, cosy, cheery rooms! The FIRST hostel I'd been to out of ten (okay, maybe the second) that had PROPER WORKING HEATING so that the room was actually a bearable temperature!!! Kudos for that... the toilet wasn't freezing either! The beds were comfortable, with thick comforters... And even though there wasn't a kitchen, the bar with free breakfast was a nice place too, just to hang out and meet people. The staff were really friendly and a great help. Location was good, right next to Termini. And there was free 15 minute internet each day. The only thing was that the lockers in the room had to be locked with your own locks, and if they didn't fit the only way to leave valuables in there was to buy a lock from the machine for 5 euros, or from a supermarket. Everything else was great! Highly recommended (: |

Abigail ShoafMan, I honestly loved everything about this hostel. There is obviously a reason it's rated number one for hostels in Rome, and why a friend recommended it to me. The staff is really great; you can tell that they enjoy their job and are therefore fun to be around, but other that that, they are really as helpful about Everything that they possibly can be(maps, recommendations on where else in Italy I should go when I asked, willing to call the airport for me about a lost bag...). I also liked the bar and how they actually played good music and had like MTV on an overhead t.v. Different nights the bar was really a happening place so that was fun.(My friend staying a the Yellow liked my bar better, though theirs is fine). Free pizza if you make it back at 8:30, free breakfast, and honestly, it is in the most Ideal spot for the city, right by the central train station. It is Very easy to find. Do yourself a favor and go with the best; I'm sure you'll be glad you came here. |
