Customer reviewStaff is wonderful - helpful, attentive, fun, beautiful. My only complaint - and it's actually a kinda big complaint - is that they charge per hour for the use of wifi here. You get 30 mins free, and then you pay 1 Euro per hour afterwards. Is that insane or what for wifi at a hostel?! I had a lot of work to do so that put a big damper on my stay. |

Customer reviewAn excellent place to stay in Rome! Location is excellent, very near to the Termini Station so it's easy to get around everywhere. Breakfast was included and it was good! Rooms are nice and VERY clean. Staff was very helpful and the walking tour provided by the hostel was a nice touch. The tours were very helpful for first-timers in Rome. Will definitely stay here again =) Oh, not to mention the free pizzas! |

Customer reviewThe hostel was in a really good location on a street that felt safe. Only a few minutes walk from Termini Station. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Free half hour of internet included each day. I stayed in the 4 bed ensuite dorm and the room was small but kept nice and clean. Ensuite was modern although shower really quite small but thats the same as most hostels in Italy. My room was on the 4th floor and there is no lift, so up and down the stairs was a bit of a mission especially when tired. When I was feeling energetic it was fine. Breakfast was included and was a buffet of cereal, bread, juice and coffee, which was good. |

Traci DaileyI was a little nervous about the location as I had heard the neighbourhood was a little sketchy but I had no problems. The staff was great, everyone I met was nice and the free pizza and the bar are nice ways to get everyone together. |

Customer reviewI like the free 8:30pm free pizza and happy-hour at the bar. It's really good for anyone who's travelling alone and wants to meet people, or anyone who's on a budget. |

cemal erogluwe liked this hostel a lot!! people at the front desk were great (especially 2 of them: one of them is the always smiling positive guy i think he is originaly from india, and the other one talkative one he presented himself from greece) and positive and we got lots of positive energy from this hostel. but they need to put soap in the bathroom. location is perfect. they offer free pizza but you have to fight to get one ;) maybe they should increase the amount of pizza although they do not have to offer any. |

Customer reviewThe hostel was well located, though its sister hostel, Allesandro Downtown actually seemed better. |

Customer reviewWhat l liked was the evening staff. I found the morning staff..miserable. Not as accomodating. Did not even crack a smile. Where the evening staff did their best to make our stay a good one. What l did not like was the fact their was no elevator..to help with bags. It was hard to go up 5 flights of stairs in the heat...carrying back packs & suitcases. I found that a bit dangerous. Not all of us are 21 or so...but l did like the rooms & the location was good. AC was important this time of year! Nice big towels for us too. |
