Disliked: The people running the place were bad. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone

Liked: Close to train station and city bus tours. 3 min walk. Big rooms and clean and large bathrooms. Guy behind the counter was helpful too.

Disliked: breakfast is not provided, as indicated, was 3 euro extra, i would have preferred to go and get a coffee and a pastry for 1.50 instead.

Liked: The location was great, as Termini station in Rome is really central and all attraction are within a walking distance. Plus there were a few nice cheap restaurants around.

Disliked: The staff wasn't very helpful as me and my partner asked them for information and they did not provide us with any help and did not meet our expectations. They lied about themselves on the website as the internet was not free. It's 2 euros per hour and it's only available from the reception hall..you can't have it from your room which is very inconvenient. The room was very dark and the window did not open as it was broken..so the blinds could not go up :( that spoilt the atmosphere of the room. The sheets were clean but the shower wasn't as there was some hair in the shower. No storage space for luggage available in the hostel..we had to find to leave our luggage somewhere else...the receptionist directed us three streets away for the storage space and it wasn't even available. NOT a good value for money!!!!

Liked: Location to Termini Station and other restaurants. The rooms were nicely decorated though and I loved having a closet. The TV was a nice touch, and we had a fridge in our room!

Disliked: It's a pretty far walk from monuments. Expensive internet and strange internet rules. (Only available from 9AM to 9PM, so no late internet sessions.) Air Conditioning leaked so badly that when I came back to the room water was everywhere and all my stuff on the floor was soaking. And you can't adjust the cold of the A/C otherwise the whole thing stops working. (The only temperature is 20 C, or 68 F.) The bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Manager was a little to friendly, yet also seemed like he wanted to do anything else besides help my friend and I out. Overall I would not stay here again. For 25 Euro a night I could find a much better place with free WIFI and air conditioning that actually gets cold.

Liked: staff was great!! very helpful with everything. the room was nice, and they accomodated an extra person that wasn't on the reservation.

Disliked: no a/c, no free breakfast that was advertised on the site. the beds were a little hard, but not too bad,.

Liked: Not bad. Just note that around termini station there r lots of dodgy ppl at night so be careful if you are a girl.

Disliked: it's not a strong dislike but the manager talked like a gangster when I asked him questions on the phone and when he saw me he always tried to touch my hand

Liked: good location to the train station

Disliked: our room smelled like a campfire, probably due to the charred black light fixture which had obviously recently caught fire or blown up. the air conditioning made the ceiling have a constant, loud leak all night, and there was something mold-like growing on the window. the staff wasn't very friendly or helpful.

Liked: Very beautiful and newly restored rooms with a great air-conditioning, which is necessary during the summer period. Not a place to meet people.

Disliked: The elevator wasn't useable because it could only transport 2 people. Otherwise it would stop. Sad there is no place to meet the other travellers.

Liked: This is advertised as a hostel with a kitchen and breakfast, etc. It's not true - they do have a kitchen, but will only let you use it between 18-20h, and you must buy your own plates, cups, and cutlery, as they don't want you using theirs. The staff was unfriendly and more importantly unhelpful. When we asked them for something they would say "okay I'll take care of it", then just ignore it until we asked again, at which point the cycle would restart. There are a lot of places you can stay in Rome for 50Euros a night for a private, and lots of other hostels. Don't stay here unless everywhere else is booked.

Liked: very nice room, really atmospheric for a couple.the location was perfect, close to termini, tou could walk to main attractions or take the metro or bus from the station. some weird people around termini but this is normal. the breakfast was basic but for the price it was ok. we were really happy with the room!

Liked: Excellent location, close to the Termini Station (i.e., Rome's main bus, train and subway station); friendly staff; clean; seems safe. Only two problems there: (i) the breakfast offered is awfully limited (coffee+milk, some toasts, a small cake), I had to eat at Termini to feel nourished (I highly suggest the "French" boulangerie at Termini's entrance for a great breakfast for around 9 euros).; (ii) there is no internet in the building, you have to go to a nearby place to get the promised access.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room (a double) was too small for two person but this is not a complaint just an observation (square footage: room 2,2x3,2m, bathroom 0,7x2m, I think it was for one person). The bad was uncomfortable and creaking noise. Dark room with view on the backyard. Bisides OK.

Liked: Good location, 6/7 walking distance from Termini. Booked a room with attached bath, never felt like staying in a hostel, it is like a hotel. Adequately clean and tidy. Breakfast is poor. The claim of having a self catering facility is an exaggeration, I did not find a electric kettle to boil some water.
