- Dorm rooms allowed only to people 17 to 45 years old
- Minors must show a parental authorization at check-in
- Check-in from 2pm to 10pm, early or late check-in please advice by phone
- Check-out 12pm, free luggage storage on the day of the arrival / departure
- Booking several beds in a dormitory we will try to arrange them in the same room; to be sure to sleep all together you should book a private room.
- IMPORTANT: we only accept booking made with credit card owned by the booking referent; using a card with a different owner we will ask you to provide a written authorization from the original owner to charge the card in event of NO SHOW.
- IMPORTANT: using a DEBIT/PREPAID CARD, 15 days or less prior your arrival we will take a PRE-AUTHORIZATION for the balance of the first night to check if it is available on your credit card; if it doesn't works we will ask you to provide another card in order to confirm your booking or to cancel it.

This is the ideal position to discover Rimini by day with its historical monuents and shopping bargains and by night with its famous clubs, discos and pubs.

Viale Vespucci, the heart of Rimini by the sea, is just outside our door with plenty of shopping and fun opportunities.
On the street there is also the bus stop #13 to easily link you to Rimini’s entire riviera.

And don't forget to visit the Republic of San Marino (yes, it’s not Italy!) and it's beautiful village on top of Titano mountain, a Unesco heritage site.
Be there and back in only half a day, just a short bus ride (20km) from the railway station.
