Liked: The staff was fantastic. They were very helpful and willing to work with you if you needed something. The room was fine and had its own bathroom. The common spaces were great, nice and with a lot of entertainment, and the breakfast provided was decent.

Disliked: It wasn't exactly difficult to get to after you knew where it was (the bus is very accessible), but finding it the first time was tricky. They tell you which buses you can take, but not where to get off them.

Liked: Clean, hot water, free breakfast.

Disliked: The walk was far, but not unbearable. However, when i wanted to check out, the staff was nowhere to be found. After 40 minutes, I left my keys on the counter and took off. If you're in a hurry to catch a train, go somewhere else.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful and seems to really care about their customers. The hostel is decorated nicely which creates a warm atmosphere. It was easy to reach by car and there is a huge supermarket across the stress, nevertheless the surrounding area is a rather quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was okay, very good price value!

Disliked: In order to get to the city center you have to walk about 30 minutes. The hostel is closed from 11.00 till 14.30h and the coffee offered for breakfast was way below the Italian standard.

Disliked: It is very difficult to get to the city center. 10-15minutes on foots to bus station, bus only every 20 minutes, then 20-30 minutes on bus.

Liked: I felt home from the first moment I arrived. Thank you Omar for your amazing humor and Layla for your irony. My room was clean and comfy, as well as all the other facilities. Also, I have been lucky and met nice roommates at every night, and cosy atmosphere in the common room before going to bed. But who makes really the plus is the owner Micaela: an amazing four-languages-speaking woman who really knows how to be loved. Well, excepts for her music tastes... but none is perfect, is he? :p Ah, I forgot to mention that they also won a prize from Hostelbookers in 2006... Miss you a lot guys!!!!

Disliked: Come on! Am I supposed to dislike anything of this amazing structure?

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, good character.

Disliked: It's a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and the train station, but other than that nothing.

Liked: Good size, clean rooms. Breakfast included, although nothing fancy. Really friendly, helpful staff. Good location, although only if you're happy with a short walk (about a 20 min walk into center of town).

Liked: Was a good size, had cool and comfy common areas with free wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was really good for a hostel.

Disliked: On the wrong side of town but the walk isn't too bad. The hostel closes from 11 til 2 30 which is a tad annoying. Showers can be cold and maybe they should consider buying a new CD because Keri Hilson 'pretty girl rock' drove us mad!

Liked: Great staff, great common areas.

Disliked: It was very hot when i stayed there and even with a fan it was too hot to sleep well. This is not the hostels fault just somthing to think about if you find heat hard to deal with.

Liked: The music gave it a good atmosphere and the freedom of no curfew and being able to eat food from outside the hostel in the dining area was nice. The staff were all very friendly, if not too friendly and the beer was good quality. There's also a barbecue outside, so if you're feeling wealthy barbecue away! The lounge area is all cool and Moroccan too!

Disliked: You have to pay for the pool table use, other than that I cannot criticise this at all.

Liked: Friendliest staff ever, always smiling! Very helpful, even had some cream for my sunburn and a replacement for my plug adaptor. The hostel had bikes available also, which was great for riding around town and to the beach.

Disliked: There were no lockers, just shared dorms in which to lock your stuff. It's not exactly a party spot though, so I felt pretty secure anyway.

Liked: Ostello Dante had great character, felt safe, was clean, and the breakfast was good. It was a great value for the cost, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They also provided a lot of helpful information about the city of Ravenna.

Disliked: The location is a little out of the way, and I was nervous about its safety walking to it, but all my doubts were unfounded when we got inside. It wasn't very full, but that's likely because it wasn't in peak tourist season.

Liked: It was awesome! I wish I had stayed in Ravenna for longer, just for the hostel experience. They had a lot of cool rooms to play games and for relaxing. They even have free wi-fi if you bring your computer, or you can use their computers too. The first 10 minutes are free, but I was on for an hour and they didn't mind. The breakfast was very good too, everything you would find at any good hotel.

Disliked: This isn't really the fault of the hostel because of the season, but it was disappointing that there weren't many people to meet there. I think in the summer it'd be a busier place and definitely a place to make friends. Again, this has nothing to do with the hostel.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and so helpful, they really make your stay there wonderful and the buffet breakfast in the mornings are great. A little bit far out of the old town, about 15-20 minute walk, but you can catch a bus if you are lazy. There is a supermarket across the road and buses to the station or the beach are just a minute walk away.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have given us all the information we wanted and even lent us an umbrella.

Disliked: The beds in our double room were rather saggy; it was almost painful for the lower back to lie face-down. It is not a problem for one night, but for a stay longer than two nights I would consider taking the mattress off the construction and putting it on the floor instead, otherwise it would be a very uncomfortable sleep.

Liked: I'm not really fan of BIG hostels, but this one will definitely do it, specially tnaks to Michaella , who was extremely nice and helpful. "I may have not seen the world, but everyday the world comes to me" she said. An easy 15 minutes walk to downtown, a bus stop just by, good breakfast and the funny fact that all the dorms are named after one Divine Comedy's character. Highly Recommended.-
