The hotel is practically in the Piazza del Miracoli and as we only stayed one night in Pisa before moving on, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay

Amazing location, from out bedroom window we could see the leaning tower quite literally just on other side of the street!

The hotel is nice - clean and comfortable.The location of the hotel is very close to the Leaning Tower. the staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed staying in Villa Kinzica and will recommend it to our friends and tour opeartor.

The best thing is the location - 200mtrs or so from the Leaning Tower and a view of it from the bedroom! However, our room could have been facing the other way! Average run-of- the- mill hotel with en-suite bathroom and croissants, jam and coffe breakfast. Everything was clean comfortable but the view was breathtaking!

Right beside the leaning tower. A bit pricy for such a basic room but overall it was fine and it can't be knocked on location.
