Liked: Very Italian! Brilliant location. Friendly owner but speaks no English at all and relys on sign language to comunicate with English speakers!

Liked: The double ensuite room was very nice with a clean shower, chandelier over the bed, large armour, mini fridge, tv, and great big windows that opened up over the street and restaurant. Very great location central to everything.

Liked: In a very old building, the room had a great deal of character. The painted ceiling was a delight. The location in the centre of the old city is superb.

Liked: The hotel is situated in the middle of the center, right next to the Arno. The staff was very friendly, carried our heavy suitcases to the third floor and even provided their private compute to have access to the internet because the internet cafe was already closed.
