Suzanne WhittakerThe Hotel Moderno was spotlessly clean throughout, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful. It was two minutes' walk from the station so for convenience the location couldn't be bettered. Thoroughly recommended. |

Customer reviewThe people who ran the place were extremely kind and helpful. From the 3 hotels we stayed at during our trip in Italy, this was by far the best. The place looks a bit out of date, but the beds were (3 out of 4) comfortable, but the shower facilities were soso. However, since the people were so charming and kind, and the place really gives you value for money, I would recommend it for sure. |

Customer reviewWe booked economic 4 bed room and it was pretty OK, we even had TV and air conditioning in our room while the rest of the room was pretty much basic. Hotel is 50m from railway station and you have direct bus from airport to hotel. Little advice, when you leave hotel on your left side go 150m and you 'll see on the right side pizzeria which I don't remember name but it was best pizza I had in Italy for only 6 euros. |

Customer reviewThe hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the station. There is 24 hour reception, with polite and friendly staff. Breakfast is free, with cereal and yoghurts and toast and cake, although it still seems basic. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk to the Tower and the center, yet the walk is pleasant, through the nice streets and across the river. A very good stay. |

fiona hamiltonLovely little hotel right next to Pisa station. Great for travelling to other villages near by and about a 10 minute walk into central Pisa. Clean rooms with air con and shared bathroom. Friendly staff and good basic breakfast included. Good local bars and restaurants close by. Would return. |

Customer reviewI can tell that the peopple over there are very cain and help you a lot , the breakfast its realy delicios . The only convenient maybe the bedroom look old with other fornetures will can made a change. But I tell you that for one night was relly good stay in the Moderno Hostel. The hostel is realy easy from the train and bus station. thanks |

Customer reviewThis hotel is within easy access of the airport, rail station, bus facilities in particular and the town in general. The breakfast had a reasonable amount of choice and the coffee was good (a great pity no drink facilities were available in the room!). The staff were friendly and quick to help on any issues. |

Lindsey WineThe rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable, which makes a pleasent change from other hotels. All the staff were helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent location for the train and bus station and not too far to walk into the centre of Pisa. |
