 The room was just a "wow". Beyond what we expected. Everything was so neat and clean, well furnished even with a TV. It is actually better than my room back in Canada. The lady there was very helpful and breakfast was just awesome.

It was a warm and professional welcome to beautiful Pisa, I could not have asked for more. It had all the advantages of a 4* hotel and all the atmosphere of a really friendly hostel.

The owner of the hotel was kind and friendly, offereing information and recomendations on Pisa. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned to a high standard. Very nice place to stay.

The owner was very friendly with good advice of restaurants etc in the area. The accommodation was outstanding bigger and cleaner with a good breakfast. 10 out of 10.

Michele was very nice and helpful and told us all about the history of Pisa plus information about local supermarkets, etc. The restaurant he recommended Spaghetteria alle Bandierine was amazing. Best antipasto i've ever eaten and i lived in Italy for 3 months.

Michele took time with us, very helpful, very freindly, a really good host. The place was lovely and clean - i would recommend this place to anyone and return myself.

Convenient for station. Michele was very helpful though we did wonder why he was trying to persuade us to change to his other establishment.

Michele was very helpful, he was always on hand to answer questions about the local area - supplied us with a map of pisa and recommended the best restaurants to eat at etc etc, which when you are on holiday a bad meal can ruin your time there. He really was amazing. Although the pillows were hard! Michele noticed we hadnt used them so he got us some new ones

Michele is extremely nice and give special attention to his clients. He gives usefull tips and explain about the city.

Near to the bus station. Walking distance from the Duomo and Tower. Sparce but clean and friendly. Michele looked after us and even got us some tea-bags! For people who don't want to spend a huge amount of money and don't have to have luxurious rooms to stay in. We would stay here again.

Big room, clean, good bathroom. only really staying there overnight, for early train, so not there long enough to really get a feel for the fun factor, probably bit more of the lone traveller place. Really nice and clean though.

The hostel is very conveniently located and the owner was very helpful and gave good recommendations for things to do, sights to see, places to eat etc. The beds were very comfortable an we had the est nights sleep of our trip. In general the place felt a little run down but was still good value for money

Excellent location close to both airport and train station. Very large, airy rooms with new fittings, floors and furniture. Brand new bathroom with wonderful shower. Spotlessly clean. No character but fantastic value for money if all you want is shelter for the night in between planes or trains. Spent one night only so no idea re: atmosphere and other guests.

Nice big clean air conditioned room. It is alot cheaper to book throught his site than any other way. Usually he doesn't rent out rooms that cheap but must do specials through this site. Make sure you get the street address the place is not easy to spot.

MIchele is the superb host. I arrived an hour later than expected so by the time I checked in, it was really late but he took the time to explain me where I can visit the next day, how I should walk around, where the best breakfast in Pisa can be found and also the best spaghetteria I've ever ate at. The other rooms available in the guest house are very reasonable for the price. He had to put me into a dining room since it was fully booked but still I couldn't expect much because the price was extremely low.
