Customer reviewVery enjoyable stay, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I was a girl travelling alone and found it a very safe clean and pleasant place to stay. Would recommend it. Only thing there is no air con, in August heat not ideal but they do provide a fan. |

Customer reviewGood location, 5min walk from the Piazza dei Miracoli. Nice and clean rooms. The breakfast could be a bit better. |

Customer reviewLocation of the hotel is great. The double bed suite was quite small, facing noisy street. It was quite a challenge to take a shower, because the water stream was ridiculously weak, besides that, hot water was not coming at once. Breakfast with each day (we stayed there 3 nights) was getting smalled and smaller (from 2 croissants and a pack of Italian crackers to 1 croissant with a pack of Italian crackers). This hotel is OK, but overpriced... |

Customer reviewThe location is superb for visiting the leaning tower and a short walk from the city centre. We had to leave very early to catch a flight and there was a night porter to see us out. We had a family room for us and our two boys which was fine for our one night stay, but may be a bit cramped for anyone staying longer. |

Customer reviewVery close to the leaning tower and a wide range of restaurants. However, make sure to get a parking space at the rear of the building as we were advised to park on the road and our car was hit by another car. |
