About Walking Street Hostel Pisa
We have acquired lots of experience travelling around the world and working in close contact with different people, we are aware of what a person needs when away from home and we will do our best to make sure that your Italian holiday is enhanced by staying with us! We have great local knowledge of where to go and what to do in Pisa, Tuscany and beyond.
We aim for you not just to spend a night here to visit Pisa but to understand this can be your home from home and a hub to visit all of Tuscany: Lucca, Cinque Terra, Florence etc.
In case of no show or late cancellations we will charge your cards with our Instant World Booking Online Banking.
The cost for the no show will be 'increased by 10%. If we do not have information as your billing address for the data, it will display the receipt' "unknown"
We only accept cancellations made through email or direct from the site a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the day of arrival.
We have mixed dorm rooms and female dorms, private rooms with en-suite upon request.
All guest rooms are fitted with an air conditioning system and have free Wi-Fi. We have lockers available to store your valuables securely; provided you have your own lock alternatively you can rent one from us for 1 euro. There is access to the communal kitchen and dining areas fridge and freezer and other services like washing machine. Teas, coffees and biscuits are available round the clock for free. There is also a left luggage service if you have a late departure.
Our game room is aimed to make you relax with a free pool table, TV, music, and free PC and wireless Internet access, so after a long day exploring the city you can come back to a space where you can make yourself at home and meet other guests and travellers easily.
The city of Pisa offers a taste of typical small city living in Italy. Take a tour of the famous 'Leaning Tower', visit museums and other historical sites or just wander down the countless side alleys where you can try the unique cuisine of the Tuscan region. We are also not far away from the seaside Marina di Pisa, easily reached by a bus around the corner. We are a perfect situation to use as a base to visit all of Tuscany with trains departing every half hour to Florence and towns like Lucca and Livorno just 30 minutes away. Cinque Terra is another popular day trip just 1 hour and twenty minutes away and a must see so why not book an extra day or two with us!
The hostel is centrally located; a 5 minute walks from the train station, and a10 minute walk to the tower. We are also just 4 minutes’ walk from the local supermarket and bars.
Locations such as Cinque Terra and Florence are easy day trips each being around an hour away on the train. There are also closer points of interest like Lucca and Leghorn. This means you can make our hostel a relaxing base for several days.
