Liked: The old couple running the business is extremely sweet and friendly. They helped us all along our turbulent journey with support and good heart. They were in no obligation with us, i.e., we had unrelated troubles, but they did it anyway. The house is beautiful and very centrally located. The breakfast was rich and there were amazing home-made cakes. Definitely highly recommended.

Disliked: There was not much to dislike...maybe the bathroom in our double room was quite small, but the lady said they were going to expand it. So...next time it could be nicer.

Liked: It was really clean and felt like a home. Selia (not sure how her name is spelt) is really nice and friendly. Although the room wasn't ensuite, the fact the other rooms were vacant meant we had the bathroom to ourselves (not sure this will be the case when it's peak travel season). Breakfast spread was large and sweet (I personally would have preferred a savoury breakfast). The coffee was heavenly.

Disliked: There probably was an issue with sewage, so a little bit of an unpleasant smell would greet you upon arrival at the building. The lift was tiny, slow and a little claustrophobic.

Liked: The view is amazing. The atmosphere is wonderfull, the people who work there are REALLY friendly and the furniture inside is beautiful. Also very close to the station, convenient with heavy suitcases.

Liked: Facilities were excellent. Lovely balcony over the city and a comfy lounge area. Breakfast was brilliant. Close to the train / bus station and easy walking distance to the Leaning Tower etc. Difficult to fault this accommodation.

Liked: Good atmosphere. Unfortunatelly we had the room in the top, next to the elevator.It didnot run very often, but when, it caused lot of noise. Besides that, I was a little bit confused about lack of emergency exit. But the breakfast was the best of the whole Italy trip!

Liked: Lovely decor, spacious and clean with good bathroom. Lovely helpful owners, and great breakfast. Might be convient if breakfast could be slightly earlier.
