Paul ChengWhile the room was only average, the hotel itself was a treasure trove full of antiques and paintings. There was even an art exhibition going on in one of the rooms on the first floor. So be sure to walk around the hotel to explore its common rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful too. |

Customer reviewI liked the old feel of the hotel, the hotel was practically a museum with beautiful busts, beautifully painted ceilings, marble floors. I also liked the rooftop terrace. The staff was really friendly and helpful and served you with a smile. |

Bojan VukovicGood 3 star hotel on excellent place (City center). Rooms are equipped with old and unique furniture. Breakfast is wonderful. Atmosphere is really unique. |

Customer reviewThis hotel has understated granduer and transports you back to a 1930s feel. We booked a "best room" which was large with lovely views of the river.Every member of staff we dealt with were polite and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of the leaning tower and the train station. We had a wonderful weekend in Italy and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. |

Emily MacKenzieVery pretty hotel with lots of antiques and character. Felt like i was staying somewhere quite classy. Excellent breakfast. Only negative was that because it was a hotel set-up you can't really meet anyone, but very nice for a one-night stay in Pisa. |

marian marsey mc hughbrilliant it is a hotel and great value.huge buffet breakfast with the best of food.great rooms and netting on windows to keep the mosquitoes out.they are a problem in Italy.spacious, airy ,great big staircases.would go back there anytime. |

HELEN OWENall the staff where very helpful.explaned where resturants were and booked them us.although our airconditioning was not working for the whole 3 nights we where there, they did offer afan on the last night which we did accept, but would have been nice to have offered us a discount on the price (which i will add was over priced for the room we had.) |

Customer reviewThe hotel itself is like a museum, it looks lovely. The rooms are not that spectacular, but very clean, also the bathrooms. Definitely one of the best hostels we've been to. |
