 It was good value for money, with it being a hotel. A little old and dingy if you're used to young, lively hostels, but the breakfast was really good!

Very pretty hotel with lots of antiques and character. Felt like i was staying somewhere quite classy. Excellent breakfast. Only negative was that because it was a hotel set-up you can't really meet anyone, but very nice for a one-night stay in Pisa.

It was a very cool old hotel, with heaps of old reading rooms, ballrooms, and all sorts. The breakfast was really good and it overlooked the river. All in all a very nice stay.

brilliant it is a hotel and great value.huge buffet breakfast with the best of food.great rooms and netting on windows to keep the mosquitoes out.they are a problem in Italy.spacious, airy ,great big staircases.would go back there anytime.

all the staff where very helpful.explaned where resturants were and booked them us.although our airconditioning was not working for the whole 3 nights we where there, they did offer afan on the last night which we did accept, but would have been nice to have offered us a discount on the price (which i will add was over priced for the room we had.)

The hotel itself is like a museum, it looks lovely. The rooms are not that spectacular, but very clean, also the bathrooms. Definitely one of the best hostels we've been to.

I absolutely loved the character and style of the hotel. It was a pleasure just to walk around. It felt as if we were staying somewhere quite exclusive but it wasn't that much at all.

Friendly Staff, good location (central and over looking the river), good selection on the breakfast buffet, great value for price...
and above all its arquitectural value, as it was an antic palace.
