Liked: The bathroom inside the room

Disliked: they move us to another hostel and there wasn´t no one waiting for us. To be honest, the breakfast wasn´t included at all (it was 2,50 euro in a bar next the hostel). We suffered a lot of mosquito beats. It was too expensive.

Liked: right in the city center of pisa, but i can’t generalize this statement since you never know where your apartment will be.

Disliked: we ordered a double bed room with bathroom ensuite. what we got was an apartment with kitchen, shared bathroom and two seperate rooms – the other smaller than ours. that was a disappointment. besides the deposit we paid wasn’t subtracted from the total price, so we had to pay 12 euro again. the whole b&b caterina group seems loosely organized since our hostess said we would only be staying here for one night, but we booked two. and only after a long phonecall things were sorted out.

Liked: clean, spacious, view, air con, 3mins from railway, 10mins from Leaning Tower. On arrival needed to phone for key to room, there within 5mins. breakfast, typical coffee & pastry, provided at bar opposite. Very good overnight stop before or after flight.

Liked: Wonderful rooms, great view and great location. Close to the train station and could see the leaning tower from our window! Would highly recommend.

Liked: We liked the place, it was nice and cosy, very fine decorated. We was a little disappointed about the breakfast, since there was a dead animal in the bread basket and the yoghurt and milk was warm, kinda not feeling that one!The host was nice enough, but a little to lazy about the whole host role, customer service was clearly not his thing =)There was no air condition in the room, so it got totally hot and made the stay a bit unpleasant, not even a fan or anything...But the location of the apartment in Pisa was very good and the area was quiet at night but not so much during the day...So all in all an okay stay, but the heat was killing us in the nights...And a big plus was the free wireless internet =P

Liked: This is the worst accomodation I have ever been to. The service level was sub-zero. The acommodation was closed upon arrival and it took four hours and two calls before someone arrived to let us in. When coming back in the night for a good night of sleep our belongings of one room had been put into the other room we rented and instead of a 3 and 2 bed room we now had to sleep in a very cramped 5 bed room. To make matters worse, the airo did not work either.
