Liked: Stayed in the "new" building and everything was really good, location, rooms were clean, very clean bathroom but the keys were a nightmare. I have a bruised finger from trying to get the keys working. An outer door key, the inner door key and then room key and not one worked easily. One night I had to get one of the other people inside to let me in after trying for so long that I woke him up! They really need to fix those key problems.

Liked: Everywhere in Pisa seems a little expensive, so this place isn't bad. Right near the tower and easy enough to find. Only stayed the one night so can't say too much, but it more than did the job. I'd stay here again.

Liked: Was a nice hostel although the staff didn't seem to know what was happening much of the time. Great bar, free internet, air conditioning.However, electricity kept fusing and the morning of our check out the toilet and sink seemed to back up and there were no staff around to help sort it our.But it is a nice hostel and definitely value for money

Liked: Actually the hostel guys were opening a new hostel, in the same street, so me and other guy were the first customers on the new hostel. was preety nice and clean place, really close to the leaning tower.

Liked: Nice, clean and quiet with good facilities. The man on reception was friendly and helpful. There's no breakfast in this "Bed and Breakfast" but I wasn't bothered.

Liked: It's a beautiful building, with exposed beams and terracotta tiles, full of character and it really is right next to the main piazza in a really fantastic location. It's actually not very convenient for the train station, which I hadn't really considered as I had to leave really early in the morning - but they do run their own transfer shuttle to the airport/station, which was brilliant for me (though I did have to hang around for an hour or so before I could get hold of someone who could arrange it, which was kind of annoying..). But overall I think this is a great place to stay in PIsa - clean, convenient, and full of character. You wouldn't be disappointed here if you were paying hotel prices (there's even an honesty bar - such a nice touch..), so at hostel prices it's an absolute bargain!!

Liked: The location is amazing! you can see the tower leaning out the window on both sides of the building. a bit expensive, but its practically a tiny winy hotel (but u share rooms). next to bus stop to station too and lots of restaurants close by, so perfect for quick stop in pisa. very clean and fantastic power shower.

Liked: Hostel looks like a residential apartment form outside but it's really easy to find using the directions provided, and it's really close to the leaning tower. The owner wasn't there when I arrived but I called the number (conveniently written on the wall plaque outside) and he arrived within 5 mins. It's a nice place inside and there is free tea and coffee. At one point I was sitting at the table drinking coffee with a room-mate and I felt like I was in a rented apartment. That was really relaxing. The owner is a great guy. He even gave a couple of us some shots of Grappa when we arrived back after the candle festival. The bathroom is amazing - big, nice and clean - but would benefit from having a door lock fitted.

Liked: This is one of the nicest hostels I have seen. The rooms are very well-kept, as are the bathrooms, and kitchen. It is literally less than a minute from the leaning Tower. In walking distance is a supermarket and, if you want more choice, a Carrefour [Europe's Wal-Mart]. A lot of shops around. But if you're interested in meeting new people, this may not be the best hostel. Although I made friends, I was fortunate to strike conversations by unintentionally coming across people and having a cool roommate. The reason I state that is that this hostel lacks any real hangout area where people can just relax and get to know one another.
