The hostel was great. It was clean and warm. There was a TV, a large private bathroom and even a balcony in our room. No loud neighbors. No commonplace to meet with other backpackers.
Overview
Under The Tower is the first hostel situated infront of the famous Leaning Tower in Via Santa Maria, the most important street in Pisa.
It is less than 10 minutes walking distance from the most important attractions in the city; museum, historical monuments, central square, shopping area, restaurant, pubs are all really close to the Hostel Under the Tower.
It is 15 minutes walking distance from the railway station 'Pisa Centrale', but if you prefer you can take a bus to go to there, the journey will be no more than 5 minutes.
By car or bus, you can reach the Pisa international Airport Galileo Galilei in about 10 minutes.
