Liked: The host, Claudia, was extremely friendly and made you feel welcome right away. She made us sit down and drink coffee and eat some of her delicious home made pastries right when we got there. The room was very nice and clean. The A/C worked splendidly. There was an adorable kitten in the house. The breakfast she served was great. She even drove us to the train station the day we had to leave.

Disliked: The location is a little far out of the way. Make sure you get a map and I would suggest taking a bus instead of trying to walk from the train station, as we did.

Liked: Claudia and staff (family?) were very friendly and made us feel at home straightaway. The home-made cakes and breads were excellent and Claudia was always willing to try and answer your questions in English when our very limited Italian was not working!. The facilities were very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Disliked: Nothing - we would go there again and recommend it to others.

Liked: Claudia definition of breakfast is grossly under rated, FEAST is more like it, and the home made food, excellent. If she recommends the little restaurant around the corner for dinner...GO...its super.

Disliked: The shower is tiny so if you are on the large side....hard to use.

Liked: This place was a home away from home, Claudia was so warm and welcoming. It was nice to have such hospitality after being away from home for so long. Her cakes are delicious! Would stay there again when back in Pisa.

Liked: I definitely recommend this b&b, as Claudia was the friendliest of hosts, received us with warm tea and cake. Next day, after a nice rest, we had a sweet breakfast and then full with energy off we went to see Pisa. Both room and bathroom are very clean, which I find very inportant in such a place. It's a very good option for people arriving late, as Claudia will pick you at the airport (she left us in the train station the day after too, to continue our travel). We were very pleased with this choice.

Liked: SUPERB!!! A beautifully equipped B&B, with great facilities, plenty of space, and thoroughly clean throughout. Mama Claudia is a charming and fun host, and though neither herself or her lovely daughter speak English they were both enormously welcoming and generous. The breakfast pasties were home baked and delicious!!!Honestly, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. You will certainly have a marvellous stay! Dave and Brother Jon.***SUPERB! Liked: the location was great! Ms. Ferri and her family/staff were very helpful and friendly. The garden was lovely. The rooms were very clean and spacious.we were picked up at the airport and driven to the train station.Could not have expected better service!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Liked: A really lovely place to stay! Can't recommend it enough. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable and well equipped with ensuite shower-room and even a kitchenette. We only stayed one night but it would be great for a longer stay too. The best part was the lovely host Claudia and the wonderful breakfast she provided, especially her delicious cakes!The location is slightly out of the centre of Pisa but this is probably more of an advantage than a disadvantage due to the peace and quiet (look out for the amazingly bright fireflies that come out after dark!). It was no problem for us as we had a car, but if you are without transport I believe that Claudia will even pick you up from the airport!

Liked: Claudia was a very friendly hostess, who did her upmost to ensure her guests were happy, well fed at breakfast and went over and above expectations by offering free airport/ train station transfers. I highly recommend this B&B to people who want a quite stay and appreciate the old school charm of an Italian Mama. Location is fine, just a half hour walk to the leaning tower. A great place to stay, all round.

Liked: The owner makes you feel at home from the moment she picks you up at the trains station / airport. In spite of not being part of the deal, she treated us to a meal of croissants, pizzas, cakes and coffee, seeing that the heavy rain prevented us from going out for lunch. The room and bathrooms are squeaky clean
