Liked: Great friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Very great location.

Disliked: A big sign on the front door would help someone visiting for the first time.

Liked: it had internet and close to the station but a big walk to other stuff

Disliked: i did not feel that safe in this hostel. we arived at about 2.30 and had to ring the host and when he came our room wasnt ready until about 6.30 which was not ideal

Liked: Ideal location for the central railway station, especially when arriving late - no hassle when checking in, just had to ring the bell and took 5 mins to check in. 2 minutes walk from the airport bus stop. Within easy reach of the city centre, only 10 mins stroll to reach the Arno river. Staff friendly and although they didn't speak much English we got by with our broken Italian! Would recommend this for convenience and the large room and clean shared bathroom were comfortable.

Liked: The location was good. i think i got put in a 'family' room they made into a dorm as were over booked..not sure. but that room was nice, but no lockers. bathrooms were clean

Disliked: wifi connect pretty bad. no locker in room. didn't get given a towel though it says you get one. Having to ring a cell number on arrival! what if you don't travel with a phone or only have one for emergancies, i think its a stupid system!

Liked: They offered us to stay in another apartment for same price since we didnt accept to stay in the rooms they wanted to give us, cause they were totally different from those shown in the pictures. The other apartment was simple and almost empty, but acceptable and clean.

Disliked: Rooms offered to us were totally different from those shown on the website. They were were much simplier, too small, not clean and all in one apartment. We had to call a cell phone number for someone to come and "check-in", which meant to write our names and IDs on a notebook. Building was old and neighborhood didnt seem safe.

Liked: Nothing. This place was shocking. The cockroach on the stairs on the way up to the hostel was a significant indicator of things to come. Dirty, smelly, cramped. I didn't feel safe here. No aircon. No lockers. Shower was broken. My friend had to sleep on a fold out on the floor. Staff not friendly. Do not stay here.

Disliked: Dirty, cramped, smelly and depressing.

Liked: It was a good location.

Disliked: You had to call to check-in which seemed really odd. Couldn't get into the property otherwise. The room was very crampt and dark.

Liked: stayed here for one night, it was super close to the train station. The room I got was two sets of bunk beds, the room was a little small but for 18 euro it was an amazing deal. The bathroom was super clean and it was in a really great location.

Disliked: A little small, the window let in some light but turn over and no problem.
