Liked: Staff very friendly but not resident. We were a few minutes late and had to telephone for attendance - others had, too. Conveniant location to train station and famous landmarks within easy reach, staff helping giving direction etc. No breakfast but excellent corner shop next door with all kinds of snacks and groceries, so no problem. You get your own key, so coming and going is easy and private.

Liked: Very close to the station and walking distance of airport...and the tower!! Staff excellent - very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely - very comfortable bed and all really clean. Loved it on our first night travelling!!TIPS: If nobody is there when you arrive then ring the number. She was there quickly. Oh and there ARE lights in the stairway - just find the switch!! Er...it's the 3rd floor as well.

Liked: The owner is so nice and caring!!! she was very helpful on recommending a resturant, also gave us a map of how to get to Leaning Tower and downtown Pisa area. She gave us a great bottle of wine made by her family. the bedroom was huge and very clean and nice deco, excellent. Also had TV with many channels!!!!the only issue was the shared shower/tub was very old, etc. - we decided not to use it.
