This is a magnificent bed and breakfast! Our train got in much later than we originally intended and then we got lost walking to the hostel (because we are horrible at reading maps, its actually really easy to find). The woman who runs the B&B were incredibly helpful, drove over in the middle of the night to let us in, and was friendly and motherly despite it being 1 in the morning (although I'm sure she'd prefer if everyone else showed up sooner). The building itself is very warm and beautiful, an adorable downstairs living room/sitting room and really nicely furnished rooms with slanted ceilings. The bathrooms were big and clear and the beds were very comfy. The B&B was very peaceful and quiet at night (it's definitely not a place for partying). There is very fluffy three legged cat and a very friendly parrot that live in the downstairs sitting room. We spent a lot of time cuddling with the cat and playing with the parrot. You should also note that although it is a B&B, breakfast is not included. This is perfectly fine because there is a good, cheap breakfast place next door that also sells bus tickets to the leaning tower.

Very nice and clean room, with a big bed and a lot of space to leave the luggage. TV with SKY and free wifi. The staff were waiting us the first night till 1:00AM due to our flight arrival and were very simpathetic. The explain us how to visit the monuments in Pisa. We will recommend it. The price is ok comparing the facilities.

Bright, nice decor, good bed. Good shared bathroom. Nice breakfast, lovely sunny garden, friendly staff. Pleasant half-hour walk into Pisa, cheap and quick public transport links. HOWEVER, the locks are dodgy on the front door. A couple of other people have mentioned this. Antonella, please invest in some new locks -- as no one likes to have to struggle for minutes or longer (I was still struggling after half an hour, when fortunately Antonella rode up on a scooter and then even SHE couldn't make the lock work - had to enter by another door to open the front one!). It isn't expensive to fix a lock.

It's a nice hostel, but if you book a private double you still get a 5 bed dorm. We weren't sure if anybody else would come during the evening or night. The person checking us in was not very competent. She scarcely spoke English and no Italian at all (??). She had to call the manager of the hotel several times and even handed us the phone because she couldn't understand what was going on. There were other people checking in at the same time and we thought everything was very improvised. But in the end we all had our rooms and it is really a cosy little hostel.

Gorgeous little B&B felt more like a boutique hotel, each detail clearly had a lot of thought put into it. Was expecting a hostel crammed with dirty backpackers but this was pure luxury. Loved it and would definitely recommend it.

Amazing place ! In a former tuscan farmhouse, we had a splendid and huge room on the first floor. The common bathroom was absolutely clean. The owners were really nice and helpful. If you like quiet places, go to Welcome bed and Breakfast" , you won't be disappointed. Last advice, take their breakfast : 5 euro per person and you eat good.
