Liked: the decoration is fantastic. staff is extremely helpful to help recharge my sim card as i don't understand italian. room is also very good and comfortable. i heard some sound from the jet engine but it's acceptable.

Disliked: just not close to the city center as i through but it's still reachable by walk for 15 minutes. yes only 15min but maybe i expect too much there.

Liked: the room was nice and clean the mattresses were super comfortable

Disliked: we were not given breakfast at the bed AND BREAKFAST also the location was right in a flight path so we were woken early by the sounds of planes landing also the shower was not woking properly and internet was hard to get

Liked: Location is okay, can be easy reached on foot from airport too. Rooms are clean, but if you are 6 people, the room could be too small.

Disliked: Even it is said bed and breakfast, breakfast isn`t included in the price. Price for breakfast - 5 EUR/pers.

Liked: It's just awful! When booking, I said I would come at midnight. My plane was delayed for one hour. Imagine my surprise when arriving by taxi to the hostel at 1.15, I found it closed!I called the owner to the specified phone number and she advised me to find a hostel, which operates 24 hours a day in the Central Station. I found nothing in the early morning and drove to Florence. Impressions of Pisa had been completely ruined!

Disliked: How do I return my advance payment and to receive compensation??

Liked: Absolutely LOVELY!!! I was there with my girlfriend and we loved it. Beautiful place, cosy, clean comfy beds, great breakfast (i loved the cake!). Antonella and Margie are really sweet and welcoming. We'll definitely go back there!

Disliked: nothing, i wish i had stayed longer...

Liked: The room was nice, the bathroom was clean. The BB looks cosy.

Disliked: I was shocked by the behavior of the manager, tried to cheat us, and when we wanted to talk to her she never showed up and just left us just a message that if we want to speak to her we must call her (from our cell phone, paying our international call money!!!)

Liked: A very pretty B&B in Pisa. A bit further away from the sights than we expected although we proabably were wlaking slowly taking in the sights! Very warm welcome from Antonella. Left us her mobile number so we could call as we were arriving late but then she was off picking up other arrivals from the airport. Lovely room with bonus en-suite shower room - ideal for families.

Disliked: Wish we could have stayed longer!

Liked: Pleasantly surprised upon arrival. It was if we were staying in someones house. We had door access to the back garden. We didn´t notice any street noise considering we were on a main road.

Liked: Antonella, the inn-keeper was so nice and helpful!! If she gives you the recommendation for "Bella Napoli" restaurant - go there!! great atmosphere, value, excellent local dishes (they also have pizzas and such). Squeaky clean bathroom, towels provided,

Disliked: We weren't aware that there wouldn't be somebody at the desk 24/7. When we got there, there was a sign on the front door which told us to call a phone number to contact the staff to come unlock the hostel. To Welcome Inn's credit, our flight was late and we couldn't arrive when we said we would, so that's why they probably weren't there. Anyways, there was a telephone booth right up the street and i somehow got my credit card to work in it so i could make the phone call (obviously we didn't have a cellphone to use as we were in a foreign country). Antonella's English was great, luckily, and she rushed down in less than 3 minutes from some work she was doing up the road and got us in and situated!! :)

Liked: A nicely stylized house with lots of character. Quite luxurious and very clean.

Disliked: Disappointed about the staff seeing as they had received so many good reviews previously. Also upset about the fact the kitchen wasn't allowed to be used and there was no use of fridge when we booked the property on this basis.

Liked: It was so hot in the rooms that a guy rather slept in the garden. (the temperature was 34 degrees in the room in the middle of the night!!!)Although on HostelBookers they tell breakfast is free, it wasn't at all, they wanted to charge us 5 euros each... It is approx 35-40 minutes walk from the tower. There is NO private bath. (we paid extra for it)The rooms are nice and clean.

Liked: It had so much character. Antonella was lovely and so helpful! Breakfast was amazing - thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Disliked: Sound travelled alot, so it was quite noisy during the night when people were downstairs talking, or if people in the room made noise
