Liked: It's a nice hostel, but if you book a private double you still get a 5 bed dorm. We weren't sure if anybody else would come during the evening or night.The person checking us in was not very competent. She scarcely spoke English and no Italian at all (??). She had to call the manager of the hotel several times and even handed us the phone because she couldn't understand what was going on. There were other people checking in at the same time and we thought everything was very improvised. But in the end we all had our rooms and it is really a cosy little hostel.

Liked: Gorgeous little B&B felt more like a boutique hotel, each detail clearly had a lot of thought put into it. Was expecting a hostel crammed with dirty backpackers but this was pure luxury. Loved it and would definitely recommend it.

Liked: The owner was wonderfully friendly asnd helpful. She obviously takes a lot of pride in her place as it is beautifully decorated with lovely touches and very welcoming. We had a lovely stay here and would definately reccomend for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Liked: bus stop in front of the b&b. nice breakfast. a lovely garden to relax. but the reception service is not 24 hours, the receptionist only be there at customer's estimated arrvial time.

Liked: Amazing place ! In a former tuscan farmhouse, we had a splendid and huge room on the first floor. The common bathroom was absolutely clean. The owners were really nice and helpful. If you like quiet places, go to Welcome bed and Breakfast" , you won't be disappointed. Last advice, take their breakfast : 5 euro per person and you eat good.

Liked: the place is very clean and it has a nice environment to it. it is slightly far from the main attractions in pisa but the walk is a pleasant one. public transport is just at the doorstep. my boyfriend and i enjoyed our stay here.

Liked: The rustic atmosphere of the hostel was lovely, the beams on the ceilings were amazing. The host antonella was very very helpful and her approach was top class. The only thing that i would say is that the breakfast would have been better if there had been some cheese or hams alongside the bread as not everybody likes jam and marmalade. It would not deter me from going again though as the rest of it was perfect. Thanks

Liked: extremely helpful and kind staff, cute small garden, very nicely tastefully decorated rooms, cute cat with three legs, in the overall home atmosphere created. 24 h open bar operating on mutual trust where you leave money for the drinks you have. Service you get is well over the price you pay

Liked: The staff is very friendly, the place is well located (but not that near from the attractions or the station as described, anyway is in a very convenient location), the breakfast was good, even when the rooms weren't clean daily, all the place was in a very clean condition, the beds are comfortable (just keep in mind that if you are 4 people, 2 of them will have to sleep in bunker beds), there was Sky and Internet in the room. In general was excellent, I would recommend this place to anyone (except those who hate cats or are allergic to them, as there is one), they have very good facilities, even a babysitter on request.

Liked: Very good atmosphere. It's like a small house with livingroom, kitchen, bar, and fire. A good place to share with other guests of the 4 rooms. Self-service drinks are available. bathrooms and rooms are clean and comfortable. Only one thing : the location a bit far from the center (but can go by bus or walk).

Liked: The hostel was transfered from a villa, i think, therefore all the facilities inside are really high-quality, such as copper details in the bathroom. And the host is also very very kind. If the traffic noise become less, it will be ideal.

Liked: This Hostel is truly very nice! The room is spacious, lightfull, very nice and very clean! The bathroom is cleaner than the other Hostels I saw.Otherwise, The bus stop is in front of the Hostel, so on 5 minute I can reach the city center.!

Liked: This B&B is very family friendly and excellent value for money(for Italy).It is a very easy 10 min walk to town but it's out of town location gives you the opportunity to experience true Italian living and restaurants. The B&B has great communal areas to relax and a big garden. Sky TV and free WI-FI were a real bonus as well as the great continental breakfast.I would strongly reccomend this accomodation to anyone but particularly for those with children.
