Liked: The room was nice, clean, and large.

Disliked: Location was sketchy, but there were plenty of locks to help us feel secure - although, the door to the street was rarely latched.

Liked: We were moved to a close affliated hotel of the management which was excellent in every way and value for money!

Liked: Luckily we were upgraded on arrival due to room shortage. Only stayed for 1 night however staff very helpful and room facilities excellent.

Disliked: A little distant from train station - may be a bit difficult if arriving late at night. However no criticisms.

Liked: We liked how close it was to both train stations in Naples and it was a quick walk to the waterfront. The wifi was fast and the owners were nice.

Disliked: Use the shuttle from the airport! We wouldn't have found the place if we hadn't used the shuttle because there isn't a sign for the B&B. It is an odd entrance, but the area is safe and the B&B itself is very clean and lovely inside.

Liked: Wonderful place to stay. It is exceptionally convenient, good value and the service is absolutely wonderful. If I come back to Naples I am definitely staying here again. Highly recommended.

Liked: clean,comfort,but cheap,very near train station. it's a big apartment, room is big too,with good decoration. there is no breakfast come with our booking, but the owner still offered us breakfast because she kept us wait for 1 hour on the day of check-in, which maybe a mistake during our communication before we arrive.

Liked: Nice place, lots of character; reasonable value for money, although breakfast is not included and there is no wifi, there is one PC for free internet access (i.e. there are other places in Naples where you can pay the same amount and get more in return). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked: the room is incredibly new, it totally exceeds my expectation, like a 4 star hotel, good facilities, comparing with other B&B I stayed in Italy, it is the best and I think we can not find others like this.

Liked: After a flight, we took a taxi from the airport. Easy for the driver to find the building and little signs for the hostel were great. Difficult to find the actual door once inside the complex however and we would suggest reading their website before arriving (we forgot). Great place, very clean and safe. Awesome staff and so helpful with whatever you are planning. We were taking the ferry the next day to the Amalfi Coast and were given a map, directions and even ferry times... it was great. Recomend it and the walk to the ferry- even though there was a verz close bus, was great.

Liked: Although we stayed at this hostel only one night, we were really excited about this place. It´s a good location for travelling – close to train station, bus stops – including the one to the airport. The hostel was new, very clean and the room very spacious and cosy. Equipment of the room was comparable to a hotel (towels, glasses, TV, air-condition). The staff was extremely kind, helped us with our luggage, advised us where to eat and what places to visit. We would strongly recommend this hostel and next time when we are in Naples we are definitely staying here!

Liked: The host came to the station to pick us up and thoroughly explained where the sites were and how to get around. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. Although the property is not very appealing from the outside, it is beautiful inside and very safe. Breakfast was prepared fresh every morning. Close to a couple attractions and the port. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Great manager who can organise to meet you either at the train station (which is close to the property), very knowledgeable about Naples and the area. Internet access if you have your own computer. Air-con, large room, own shower/bathroom even though the break is served in a common area - the breakfast was simple but adequate. I loved this place and we're going back again in a few days. A haven in what can be a very dodgy city.

Liked: Great location, really near to transport links. The owner came to meet us from the station to help us find the way, but really we would have been fine as the directions were very good. Rooms were lovely, very clean and a good size. Wonderful service.

Liked: The place and location,was exactly what we were looking for. The owner discribes the places' location exactly, as it isn't in the nicest part of Naples however it was exactly what we were looking for, and his instructions on finding the Bonapace were first class. The accomodation was first rate. An Oasis of clam and refinement amidst a city of noise and activity. The facilitys were first class and the owner and staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and help us in everyway possible. I have no hesitation in reccomending this hostel to anyone who wants to visit Naples.

Liked: Rooms in the hostel are beautifully appointed, and the dining room and halls are spotless. Despite being in a busy part of Naples, the hostel was well insulated from outside trraffic noise. The owner is eager to assist in any way to make visitors comfortable, and provides advice on where to eat and what to do. Very good value for money in our opinion.
