Liked: Very close to napoli centrali, extremely clean, toilet papers are provided and most facilities look brand new, credit cards accepted

Disliked: Located in the middle of a red light district, not the safest part of naples Bed is creaky and wobbly Amex not accepted

Liked: Really good choice for travelers who need to stay not far from train station, otherwise you would not like the neighborhood. B&B itself is a nice comfortable place to stay with all necessary facilities and very friendly staff.

Disliked: Messy neighborhood. Old furniture.

Liked: staff is very helpfull and my room is mixed 8 people but the room is very clean location is very good because it is near train station and not necessary map, near station.

Liked: This is by far the best place we have stayed in all our travels. We have done a fair bit of traveling and have been using hostel bookers on quiet a number of occasions. Our first impressions of Naples were one of apprehension as we arrived on a hot mid summers day into a slightly deserted "unconventional" city. We got to the door after a short walk from the train station, we were buzzed in, walked up a few flights of stairs and were greeted outside the B&B Firenze32 by out host Nicolas. The hostel itself is well maintained and has been tastefully and simply decorated, all rooms are aurconditioned with TV, cupboard and own toilet. BUT, the thing that sets this accommodation apart is Nicolas, the host, he is a man with a great love for his city and a desire to make his guests feel comfortable and at ease the minute you lay eyes on him. He alone is responsible for making our stay in Naples as fun and jam-packed with activities as we could hav made it. It is also the reason I am spending this time writting this mini essay. Naples has a stigma associated with it and hoping off the train at the centrale did not help, however it was "the host with the most" that made it a stay comparable to a stay in Paris, Geneva or any dream-like city. Again the rooms and hostel is A1, the host that runs it...... The tourist saint, Ciao!

Liked: It was close to the station.

Disliked: I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood, there were no laundry facilities, there was no breakfast despite being a "bed and breakfast", and only one of the two bathrooms worked.

Liked: The wifi, proximity to the airport

Disliked: The "so-called" breakfast that is offered, it's a pre-wrapped croissant thrown in the microwave and a piece of toast.. Besides that, the neighborhood is pretty sketchy, but so is most of Naples. So all in all, if you won't be in Naples long, not a bad place to stay.

Liked: It was great value for money and so close to the station, so if you are literally just coming in and out of naples then perfect.

Disliked: The location itself is in an extremely rough area. If I hadn't needed to stay so close to the station I would not have stayed in this area.

Liked: I say good location - its only good if you dont mind being in the middle of Naples, the edgiest and gritty city I have ever stayed in my life. We were next to the station and Piazza Garibaldi which by day is near a busy market and by night hosts a meat market of an altogether more adult variety! Lovely little hotel which was brilliant for what we wanted, no complaints at all!

Liked: Excellent service and the owner is just amazingly kind. I do recommend the place for everybody who wants to stay in Naples for a weekend of more, very close to the main station and to touristy places

Liked: the decor of the rooms was excellant, nice size,rooms that faced into the patio were nice and quieter.had an elevator too!

Liked: The stuff was super friendly, the room with twin beds was very clean (they made our beds every day, changed the towels etc), the basic breakfast was served into the room (every day the same: coffee, milk, orange juice, croissant, golden rusks bread, wild fruits marmelade )... There is a WIFI access in all rooms, you can even use an internet on the PC in the reception room. It felt as at home indeed. There is a small kitchen (not for cooking, but to use the fridge f.e. or fork, spoon, glass...). The owner Nicola friendly explained the sightseeings and gave us a map (he even called me at the arrival time where we were and if we could find the way to B&B, he waited for us in the street to make our way easier). I recommened this B&B to anyone who wants a low-budget holidays with a location close to centro storico and a street away from train station. There are nice public connections to everywhere (metro, bus, train)..

Liked: We were so happy a place to stay so close to the main train station terminal and it had very clear directions to the B&B. Nicola is amazing. The accomodations are clean, comfortable, air-conditioned and he has a blow dryer which was a plus. He is the owner and he goes above and beyond to help out his guests. We had planned on only staying one night in Naples and by the time we were ready to book our next hotel in Florence it was late and we were exhausted. Nicola was already booked up but, he took the time walk us to another accomodation that he is familiar with and has a friend who works there. He made us the reservation and then recommended a great pizza place for dinner. I would highly recommend him.

Liked: Nice, pretty specious room, with private bathroom, aircon, balcony. they bring breakfast in the room in the mornings (bread/jam/coffee). There is also pc with free internet or free wifi. Staff is helpful and kind. the apartment is very silent, our room overlooked in the building's garden so was silent as well. good value for money.

Disliked: the area. even if the station area is always not the safest one, Neaple's train station area is really really scary with many many groups of black people (i think only black people) hanging around. and to come back home even at 9 pm, but already with dark, feels very unsafe.. especially for girls.

Liked: staff was really nice, and location is convenient (for station and airport), not far from city center

Disliked: BEDBUGS !!! It was awful, my friend is allergic and she woke up the first morning with 40 bites all over her body. We then loooked for the bugs and killed about 10, but next morning I had been bitten many times as well.... disgusting !! The staff was sorry about it, but it's not good enough.

Liked: The owners were really helpful and recommended what to do and helped with which trains/metero to get. The rooms were big and comfortable and breakfast was brought to you in bed! Right next to the station so ideal for going on day trips.

Disliked: The area felt very unsafe and we avoided going out at night, however this seems to be the general feel in Naples in our opinion. The breakfast was a bit limited but for the price it was still good.

Liked: The property was great. A really nice B&B right in the centre of Naples, 2 minutes walk from the station. The rooms were great and really clean with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was included which was good although it wasn't brilliant. Free WIFI as well which was good. The owner is really nice and very helpful. Shows you the best places in Naples, and is a really nice guy.

Disliked: The neighbourhood made me a little uncomfortable, although it was probably just me being paranoid. Naples itself isn't brilliant. Very dirty, although this B&B is like a little diamond in the rough!

Liked: the atmosphere was nice;our stay would have been lovely if it wasnt for our room beeing infested with bed bugs

Disliked: bed bugs everywhere,we were bitten from head to toe it was so bad we had to move rooms and they even got into our bags and we had to spend a lot of money to get rid of them!we insisted on getting our money back but he was relunctant:he finally gave the money for the first night back:
