Liked: it was very small. the internet was free which was great - plus free wifi. Breakfast was also free - with hot tea, american coffee and reasonably fresh bread. they gave out a free map which was actually a helpful one, unlike most hostel maps.

Disliked: it was difficult to find as there is no sign on the outside of the building. directions should include that the hostel is in a quadrant of buildings and that you have to walk through the first to get to the second. the bathroom smelled terribly of mildew and pee.

Liked: They had okay kitchen services and security boxes for loan. We had a double private room, which had the bonus of a private bathroom also, one we did not pay for.

Disliked: Difficult to find, although the directions were accurate.

Liked: The location was very good.

Disliked: The mosquitoes. Be prepared to climb 7 flights of stairs if you foget to get 10 cents from reception.

Disliked: It was on a top floor of the apartment and you had to pay to use the lift.

Liked: The hostel is near the port.

Disliked: It's very antique. It isn't clean, and the room had a lot of mosquito. The hosters weren't helpufl. The hotel is called "Bella Capri" however they don't know anything about Capri. (about ferries to go there) When we arrived, we had to wait a lot of time because they didn't find our reservation.

Liked: It had free internet and the place was clean and tidy with lots of leaflets for other countries etc.

Disliked: Breakfast was a bit ridiculous and the walk from the station to the property was really dodgy. We reduced our stay to only 1 night, not due to the hostel but due to Naples itself.

Liked: It was convenient for day trips to Capri and Pompei.

Disliked: Naples is a bit sketchy.

Liked: The owner is very friendly and helpful. Good location for all ferries and the main train station is only a very simple tram ride away which starts just at the end of the hostels street.

Disliked: The internet and computers were very variable in whether they worked. Only one shower and toilet.

Liked: Our room looked out over the port which was great - the other rooms might not have been so good. location was really good

Disliked: Traffic wS very noisy - but view of port compensated for that

Liked: There are several computers with wi-fi. The bathroom was next to the room, which was comfortable.

Disliked: They don't have clean towels! The cushions are so uncomfortable that it is better to sleep without them.

Liked: Wonderful staff!!!! They are really kind and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily!

Disliked: I was three days there and I never saw the famous "croissant with nutella" for the breakfast and I was there only 15 minutes after the beginning of the meal. Internet on computers was down a lot, lot of times. You can really improve that.

Liked: I really liked the location! it was easy to see most attractions in Naples, including the port. Bus station for tickets to Pompeii is right across the street.

Disliked: The free breakfast is not incredibly filling so bring snacks for later in the day.

Liked: The shared facilites are very clean, the hostel staff are very helpful and welcoming. Felt really welcome the staff are approachable and their knowlegde of their town is excellent. The location of the hostel is great for links to other places of intrest the buses and ferries a stone throw away.

Liked: The staff can speak english well what is unusual in Italy.They are very helpful in every sort of situation.
