Liked: Unfortunately i did not stay at this hostel because of an overbooking problem. But the staff...after apologising... found me shortly another accomodation and drove me to a 3 stars-hotel.Polite and professional.

Liked: The staff at this hostel were wonderful! Very helpful and really friendly. The Hostel is really clean, central and has free internet and breakfast is included (though this is very basic). It isn't a party hostel but nor is it boring either, you do meet people in their communal kitchen. Our only complaint is that they use plastic bowls, cups and plates for the breakfast in a world with serious enviro problems and a city with obvious garbage problems!

Liked: Nice, clean and quiet place in such a dirty city, so it was always nice to come back home and feel almost like at home...except the small beds ;)

Liked: everthing, for example: the people, the location dircetly at the harbour, the helpful staff; without the staff we would have had a lot of difficulties because we can not speak italic

Liked: it was located in an icer part of town and was extremely clean, the cleanest we have stayed in in Europe.

Liked: Great hostel, good location, excellent facilities, lovely breakfast, free internet, helpful staff. Only problem was getting in when i first arrived because of security system! Instructions weren't immediately clear but got there in the end. Definitely recommend it.

Liked: I've stayed at many hostels so I can say that this one tops them all. Clean, good breakfast {croissants!}, hot water in showers, good atmosphere...even satelite tv for those interested!
