Disliked: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOSTEL!! They say that the property has air-conditioning, but we were put in a room without any air-conditioning in really hot weather. It was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but after spending a sleepless night, we decided to cut it short. We were promised a refund of the 1 night stay, but it took me over 2 months, a dozen emails and a dozen phone calls before they finally issued a refund. Very unprofessional.

Liked: Its central location, even though Naples is dirty and there are piles of garbage everywhere

Disliked: Little hard to find as all the signs on the street are worn and torn. It is on the 6th floor of a building that is indistinguishable from others around it

Liked: It was reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly. The common room was good:books, sky tv and a nice area to meet people.

Disliked: The kitchen lacked a little bit and the bus journey there is difficult when carrying backpacks.

Liked: Really nice staff, exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hostel was great, really good facilities, free internet, breakfast, lockers in the room, dvd/tv, overall just a great place.

Disliked: A little hard to find inititally, that would be the onloy thing I didn't like.

Liked: It was in a really good location close to pretty everything. The kitchen was good and there was a kitchen area to sit in also. 3 computers which was good

Liked: Fab location accross the road from the port and bus stop so perfect for visiting other places such as Naples, Sorrento and Capri. short bus journey from the station. Staff were so friendly and eager to help.

Disliked: Kitchen was usable but tiny. A bigger fridge is a must.

Disliked: Bed was really uncomfortable - you could feel all the springs digging into your back.

Liked: I wanted to visit Capri but couldn't afford to stay on the Island so this was the best option for me. I was in a room with two other girls and we had our own shower and sink (i don't know why it didn't have a toilet). The place was right across the street from the harbor so it was perfect and the fact that they offer free breakfast and internet couldn't be beat. I would definetly recommend it to those hoping to see the Islands but can't afford the hotels.

Liked: The place was clean and quite good. Be very careful with your belongings. Do not trust anyone in this city, you have to steer clear of crowds especially on public transport.

Liked: Good location! Right by the ocean/port. Great views of the see from the windows. A little weird that when we checked in we ended up with a married couple as our roommates. Over all nice and clean.
