 A decent place to crash (for one night only) as Its location is great for the bus and train stations in Piazza Garibaldi.

The location is a two edged sword. On the one hand, the place is very close to the railway station. On the hand, the area is somewhat dodgy, and does not really create a safe feeling. The hostel itself was ok, though.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean, if a little worn. A few things in the room were broken... this is a one star hotel in a fairly... transitional... part of the city, so given that, I was happy with it...

When I booked my room in Hotel Viola I didn't expect to find a so familiar atmosphere in it. I reaaly enjoyed my staying there because it is very clean and easy to reach by the beautiful historical center of Naples. Furthermore people who work there are really very nice and above all they are very helpful:they really do their best in order to make our staying in Naples as unforgettable as possible. I really suggest to book this hotel bacause I enjoyed it very much!
