Liked: It was very close to the train station and bus routes aorund Naples and also close to the airport bus, so really easy to access.

Disliked: It was in an area that we wouldn't have felt safe in out at night, but during the day was absolutely fine.

Liked: Everything, but all above the owner, Enio, he has been a great person, he has told us where to go, what to visit, how to get to anywhere..., we only have good words for him.

Disliked: Dislike? Nothing!!! We liked it very much!!

Liked: Everything! The owner, Euginio was absolutley brilliant, so helpful and kind. He tells you that it is your house while you are staying there and even cleans up your breakfast plates. Breakfast is yummy too and he knows how to make a great latte! Would definately reccomend staying here :)

Liked: The staff went out of their way to help you. The room was excellent, couldnt have been better.

Disliked: Napoli was not a great place to stay. It is very dirty on the streets and our wallet was stolen the first day. We left early due to the ghetto surroundings of the whole town.

Liked: Everything, but especially our host Eugenio! He was fantastic, friendly, kind, extremely helpful. Hee gave us lots of good advise that made our trip to Naples that bit more special. Rooms were bright and extremely clean.

Liked: The owner, Eugenio, was so kind & provided me with a sense of security (being a solo female traveller in Naples). The location was useful to me as it was close to the train station, local buses & airport bus. There is a supermarket very close & a lot of sights are within walking distance. The shower was awesome too!!

Liked: Eugenio was a friendly, talkative, extremely helpful host... he gave us maps on arrival, told us about train times, gave us advice about itineraries for the Amalfi Coast, advice about places to eat in Naples, and served a lovely breakfats of croissants and coffee!

Liked: This is by far the best place we have stayed in all our travels. We have done a fair bit of traveling and have been using hostel bookers on quiet a number of occasions. Our first impressions of Naples were one of apprehension as we arrived on a hot mid summers day into a slightly deserted "unconventional" city. We got to the door after a short walk from the train station, we were buzzed in, walked up a few flights of stairs and were greeted outside the cinquestelle (five star) by out host Euginio. The hostel itself is well maintained and has been tastefully and simply decorated, all rooms are aurconditioned with TV, cupboard and own toilet. BUT, the thing that sets this accommodation apart is Euginio, the host, he is a man with a great love for his city and a desire to make his guests feel comfortable and at ease the minute you lay eyes on him. He alone is responsible for making our stay in Naples as fun and jam-packed with activities as we could hav made it. It is also the reason I am spending this time writting this mini essay. Naples has a stigma associated with it and hoping off the train at the centrale did not help, however it was "the host with the most" that made it a stay comparable to a stay in Paris, Geneva or any dream-like city. Again the rooms and hostel is A1, the host that runs it...... The tourist saint, Ciao!

Liked: Wonderfully helpful-couldn't have asked for more.

Disliked: As a female, the area was a little dodgy at nighttime, as are most areas near the main train station. Just be careful is traveling alone and coming home after dark.

Liked: The owner Enio was so helpful and kind, he really made our stay and ensured my sister and I felt safe in Naples. He always told us the best way to get places and what to ask for. We ended up staying 2 extra nights as it was so good and great value for money.

Liked: Eugenio is a living legend.Took us for lunch at a local restaurant and got us a discount! Free ice cream as we left, breakfast brought to the room.He also has awesome banter. Worth staying here just to meet this man.

Disliked: Nothing really. The B&B isn't in the nicest area of the city but Eugenio gives you a map and tells you the best and safest ways back to the B&B. Plus its perfectly safe anyway as long as you don't have "rolex or gold medal olympic" as Eugenio says.

Liked: The staff (owner) is so nice and sincere. The accommodation is clean, proper and lovely. In terms of breakfast, it's simple, not expensive but it's so nice because he attentively prepared nice local croissants. Anyway, he should make a sign for new comers easier to find the accomodation.

Liked: Owner Eugenio was the best host I have ever met. After travelling to Paris, Pisa, Rome, meeting Eugenio in Naples was the tip of the iceberg. He was friendly, kind, helpful, and went every extra mile for us. He offered to show us the way, helped us buy train tickets at the station (he accompanied us to the train station!), made breakfast personally and even ordered pizza for us over the phone knowing we can't speak italian.His patience and hospitality spirit was extremely commendable! Where else can you find a hostel owner/host like Eugenio? This is the place to be if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Naples. I have 100% confidence that you will like it there. He gives you recommendations on what to do, where to go etc from the moment you arrive. He is equipped with maps given by previous tourists. His enthusiasm and passion led tourists to help him collect maps from all over Naples for him. Needless to say, we did the same too. He even had bus/train tickets on a small board to show tourists in case we buy the wrong ticket - how thoughtful!Though Naples isn't the safest place to be in, B&B Cinquestelle is safe.

Liked: Amazing facilities for the price. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. The location is very near to the train station. This is the best place I've stayed at in Rome so far!

Liked: I did not expect this place to be soo nice, but it was beautiul! Eugenio was a GREAT help and gave us a map of the city and told us where to go and how to do it. I cannot believe it was so cheap! we had a great time :)

Liked: The owner is very nice and very kind, he drove us to the Ferry terminal to Capri and told us where to catch the bus back to hostel when we come back. Also, he gave good advice for the sightseeing including what kind of bus ticket we should buy, so we do not need to go and ask at travel info booth, just ask the owner he'll tell you everything.
