The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I felt very safe about my room and my things. The good thing about the location is that it's very easy to move around napoli from it, and the night buses start and finish there, so there's never a problem to get there or go anywhere. The down side is that the area around the place was very chaotic and not very beautiful, but I spent little time there anyway so it didn't bother me at all. There is also a minimarket that is open until late just next to the hotel, which is good for buying water and other small things.
