Staff are incredibly helpful and connot do enough to help you. Detiled explanation given on arrival of hostel, surrounding area and options for excursions and activities. One critiscism would be that in order to use the shared bathroom I had to always walk through the common room/lounge.

The double room was perfect, the staff is brilliant excelent, especialy Carla, she was the one with whom we dealt more.

The staff. The best hostel I have stayed at on my triop round Europe by a country mile. I can honestly say the only places I have been made to feel as welcome were the Langham Place and Peninsula Hotels in Hong Kong.

Total friendliness, laidback atmosphere, security. Train travellers and heavy packers note that, unless you plan to use the ferry port, the location is inconvenient for the central station and metro. This may not matter if it wasn't Naples... believe everything you have heard (and worse) about the road traffic.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Location was really good as a base to see the bay of Naples and the City. Airconditioning was an added bonus.
