Liked: Helpful Staff, possibility to watch DVD in room,

Disliked: Tough to park a car aroumd without leaving the keys in the open car in garage for 30€ per day... We found parking in the port for 20€

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful! They can tell you the best bits to see and where to get great pizza and gelato! Its cozy and colourful.

Disliked: After 12 the common room is closed so you're either asleep or outside. I got a little annoyed when i was on the phone back home and got told to finish. people were still up watching movies etc. so i didn't think it was that big a deal.

Liked: Best hostel. Close to old part of town and rich part of town. Amazing atmosphere. Good vibe. New. Clean. Bright. Cheap laundry, cocktails, beer Good breakfast. Great staff!

Liked: Nice atmosphere, great character, and friendly staff. The communal area is brilliant, good for meeting people. A full kitchen for use if you want to stay in for dinner. Happy Hour cocktails! Air con in the room I stayed in (but not sure whether in all). Lockers for your stuff and a fantastic dvd collection. Free internet and computers too. The breakfast was the best I had in a hostel in Italy.

Disliked: I did think the beds were a bit hard but not the worst I've slept on. The shower rooms weren't the cleanest but okay if you've got flip flops.

Liked: One of the Top 3 hostels in my list! The staff was the best! The place was very clean (bathrooms and everything), the tourist advices are complete and very useful, the breakfast was great. Everything was very good!

Disliked: The location is a little far from the main station (but close to the place where you take the bus to Pompei).

Liked: Carla was very helpful in the reception. No need for google, just ask Carla. The others in the reception were very helpful too. The breakfast was plentiful with good choice. The hostel is clean and in a good location near the port.

Liked: Clean, nice place with big dormrooms, and great places to hang out if you don`t feel like going out one night. Great that they close the commonarea at midnight so that you can get a good night sleep!

Disliked: I got the impression that it was a little bit more updated than it actually was, but it was ok.

Liked: The bright colours. The good breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: The air con did not work in the sitting room and kitchen area. In some areas it was dirty eg the bathrooms.

Liked: Doesn't really need to be said considering the overwhelming amount of positive reviews that this hostel has received, but it truly is one of the best I've stayed in. Extremely welcoming, comfortable, safe, and great value for money. Can whole-heartidly recommend.

Liked: Everything!! The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to learn our names, even though we were only there for two nights! There was a big cosy common area with a big tv and loads of DVDs to choose from ( you could take them back to your room too!) There was a brilliant breakfast and a communal kitchen and the ladies who ran the breakfast were really friendly. The room was really clean and AIR CONDITIONED which was amazing and we had a TV and a DVD player too! They helped us plan our trip to Pompeii in the cheapest way and on the last night ordered take away Pizzas for us :D

Liked: It's got the best accommodations we've been on all trip. WiFi, Washrooms, AC, TV! ALSO, the best staff in the world! You'll feel welcomed from the second you walk in.

Disliked: It's a bit far but the bus will take you right there, just dont try to walk from the train station.

Liked: The staff is extremely nice and helpful, it was easy to talk to the other people staying there, and they offer lots of cool things like night tours of pompei. Also, the bathrooms are spacious and the shower was solid.

Disliked: Its location isn't great, but then again find me a place in Naples that isn't run down and swimming in filth.

Liked: Everything: it serves free breakfast, free rental of dvd, free internet, air-conditioned rooms, friendly staff, awesome atmosphere

Disliked: location, though very close to ferries, it is quite far from train station considering naples' bad traffic.

Liked: this was my first hostel, it certainly sets a high bar for all the 9 other hostels i'll be staying at afterwards, feels more like your friend's house than anything

Disliked: the only one thing i will say is the hostel is in an ally where there aren't that much foot traffic, a bit scary at night if you are alone (but it is so close to the major places for visit, it's worth it, just don't go out at night)
