Liked: EVERYTHING. IT WAS PERFECT. THE STAFF WERE SO KIND AND CONFORTABLE THAT IT MAKES ANYONE FEEL LIKE HOME. JUST PERFECT ENVIRONMENT.

Disliked: NOTHING, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE.

Liked: It was just a great place! Everyone was friendly and alive and enthusiastic. Most awesome staff ever!! Fantastic breakfast and kiff little bar :) Clean rooms and showers; always hot water. I was so thankful for the friendly 24hr reception! I could have stayed for another 2 weeks easily if I had had the time!

Disliked: I didn't like the location, but I don't know how it compares with other places in the rest of Napoli. Warning: Long walk from the train station if you're carrying heavy baggage! But it's in a good spot to begin a walk of the city. It could have been better sign posted.

Liked: The most fun I've ever had at a hostel hands down. Awesome people working, met a ton of new friends, close to all the stuff you would want to do.

Disliked: It was a bit confusing to find when I arrived at night. But in comparison to how great it was, who cares?

Liked: Everything about this hostel is perfect. The atmosphere is fun and inclusive. They have thought hard about how to make each travellers stay as comfortable and fun as possible. The staff are really friendly and helpful - when someone ate our meal out of the fridge they ordered take out pasta for us. Definately reccommend.

Liked: From arrival at the front door i got the friendliest service I've ever recieved at a hostel, as well as a map with all the staffs favourite places to eat and go. The staff even hung out there at night the atmosphere was that good, and they were always happy to take us out and show us the nightlife.

Liked: Everyone at the hostel was super friendly and helpful, if you just let them know what you were interested in, they would tell you the best places to go! They reccomend the best pizza in town, and are always up for a good chat. Stay in at night and have a drink at the bar with Matt, he's hilarious to talk to! It's clean, fun atmosphere and a great place to meet people, I was travelling alone but i never felt unsafe or out of place. Overall, the best hostel I have ever stayed in.

Liked: Everything about this place is great. the staff are awsome, very helpful and friendly. the breakfast is good, its a great place to meet people, bar, dvd hire, tvs, free internet, great wifi in the rooms, very clean, great kitchen. i would definatly stay here again, and would recommend to everyone.

Liked: Everything fantastic, couldn't ask for more facilities, communal areas or friendliness on the part of the staff!

Disliked: Personally found it difficult to meet other like-minded travelers but this seemed unusual given the fantastic surroundings, probably down to bad luck on my part.

Liked: The directions to the hostel on the website are perfect and very helpful, the big boss man is legendary with his introduction to the Naples and nearby sights.The boss also advised us the best and cheapest ways to catch public transport to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, and provided us with a free map. On the map he marked out some of the best places to eat, including the famous Gino Sorbillo's pizza restaurant, which was simply amazing pizza!They have giant tubs of Nutella on the breakfast tables, and serve cheap 2 for 1 cocktails at night. If you enjoy cycling, there are a couple of descent mountain bikes available to use (for free!).The rooms, showers, and toilets are clean, beds are comfy, lockers and key are included, and this hostel attracts a good friendly crowd.the location is just across from the waterfront and near the buses to Pompeii and Amalfi. This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in, don't hesitate to stay here, it will enhance your trip to Naples.

Disliked: I really can't think of anything major, the only one thing i noticed was that the water in one of the sinks in one of the bathrooms wasn't working - not much of a problem though, use a different sink!

Liked: one of the best hostels i've stayed at in europe. the included breakfast is the best i've had as well. great atmosphere and helpful staff. highly recommend it

Disliked: if you stay in room #1 then other guests have to walk through your room to get their laundry on the terrace, but it's really not that big of a deal unless you get rude people who get their cloths late at night.

Liked: great place to meet people, small and cozzie has a family atmosphere. staff are great they know their city well helped us find all the best places (to eat pizza) in naples. Breakfast is really good the the free help you get incl washing,tv,dvds,wifi ect just keeps going
