Ralph SinclairThe staff. The best hostel I have stayed at on my triop round Europe by a country mile. I can honestly say the only places I have been made to feel as welcome were the Langham Place and Peninsula Hotels in Hong Kong. |

Arron EllisTotal friendliness, laidback atmosphere, security. Train travellers and heavy packers note that, unless you plan to use the ferry port, the location is inconvenient for the central station and metro. This may not matter if it wasn't Naples... believe everything you have heard (and worse) about the road traffic. |

Eve AveryThe pleasantness of the staff. It's also very good to be able to use the kitchen and dining room outside of breakfast time. Bathrooms are also very good and clean. As an older person I found the upper lockers very hard to use but that was a smallish price to pay given the overall high quality of facilities. |

brian chungThe staff was absolutely amazing - super helpful and very very friendly. The location of this hostel enabled most of the backpackers to go out at night and feel safe at the same time. The recommendations for the pizza joints were also very good. Highly recommended hostel! Definitely stay there again. |
