Customer reviewONE OF THE BEST HOSTELS WE VISITED! The hostel is initially a little hard to find as it is on one of the higher floors in a rented building with a small sign outside, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted by an extremely friendly staff member and were surprised by the look of the space. There were pictures of past travellers all over the walls, a common area with bean bag chairs and free DVDs to watch and a colourful kitchen area. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious and our room had a TV and DVD player so we enjoyed our Naples pizza in there one night! The hostel staff were also extremely helpful planning our day trips to Pompeii and Capri and they recommended the best place to get pizza in Naples and the pizza was to die for! |

Sean DeaconI had an immence time at HOTS, the staff were really friendly from day 1. They were also really great as they shared there own personal knowledge of the place. really easy to meet people. only bad point is the internet was a bit slow. |

Rosie WilsonThe hostel is a great base for exploring Naples, the staff are amazing - the best I have ever experienced at a hostel, especially in helping plan day trips to islands and up the amalfi coast, I have never been made to feel so welcome. The dorms are good, the common room is a great place to meet other travellers and the kitchen is a real plus. The location is the best for travelling around the Naples and Amalfi area, right down at the port and really near the bus station. I would stay here again. |

Customer reviewThe was a great hostel. The staff were extreamly kind and helpful. That's the key to make this hostel special, because the italians are always try to rip you off...so tired, so frastrated, then this hostel staff!! I almost felt it like Oasis in desert!! |

Customer reviewthe staff in reception when I checked in was extreamly helpful and perky, I guess the best staff I met in Italy!! Even it's close to many touristic places, hopefully if the location was much closer to the central staion, it would have been perfect for me. It's the way it is. The great value enough,though. |
