Liked: Absolutely loved my stay here. The bedroom apartment was amazing, so much more than I expected and it exceeded value for money. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the kitchen/dining area was great to relax and meet other travellers, definitely stay here again.

Liked: The staff was amazing. They offered directions, information, and recommendations, and were extremely helpful. They have a pancake breakfast and coffee in the morning for free, and the common room has a free computer and Sky TV. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

Disliked: There was no air conditioning in the room, but it was in the common room.

Liked: it is very rare that i really have nothing bad to say about a hostel, but i definitely have nothing bad to say about welcome inn. it is owned by an awesome italian family, who are probably some of the friendliest people i have met in my life. the staff is fabulous, they make delicious pancakes for breakfast, and they are super helpful with anything you could possibly need. the hostel is comfy, beautiful, and one of the cleanest i have ever been in. i definitely recommend it to anyone staying in naples!

Disliked: honestly, there was nothing i didn't like. i would have stayed there forever if i could have.

Liked: Great hostel with very friendly staff! Nice spacious clean rooms, and we got pancakes for breakfast on Sunday - yum!! Very easy to get to from main train station in Napoli and a great base to go exploring.

Liked: My friend and I had a private room with bathroom. It had everything we needed.

Disliked: One night a staff member allowed a woman to use Skype at 4am and the woman shouted into the computer for around an hour. It was most disruptive, however, she stopped after I made a complaint.

Liked: It was overall very clean. I loved the common room, the free pasta dinner, and the great breakfast spread! The staff was all incredibl;y friendly and helpful! Definitely the best hostile I have stayed in yet!

Liked: Staff were brilliant providing no end of helpful info such as places to eat and where to go for cheap beers. They provided free dinners on tues and Sat nights too! Breakfast was included and the common room provided a highly sociable atmosphere such that made several friends on this stop alone. Brilliant value for money. All the common areas were also air-conditioned which helped in the extreme heat.

Disliked: Only downside was the neighborhood was poorly light and could if travelling alone be quite unsafe.

Liked: Staff was really nice. It's a napolitain family owned business, so you can easily get to know really people from Naples.

Disliked: The only thing I would have liked to have that was not already offered was some hand soap to wash hands in the bathrooms. Other than that, all was good!

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Even without prompting on arrival David asked us what our plans were for our stay and suggested trains to take and places to eat. This was great to get some local inside info and saved us a bit of time and money on transport.Breakfast was great. Every morning we were greeted with freshly cooked pancakes and waffles!The common room is really nice with a tv that can be put in various languages. We even got cooked a free pasta meal here one night! We weren't here that long but it seems a very sociable hostel where it'd be easy to meet people and make friends.Our room was amazing. It felt like we were staying in a 5* apartment rather than a hostel! (this was one of the private ensuite double rooms) but still for 20euros a night each it was well worth the money.In a really good location and staff always availbale on the front desk making the place seem really secure.Best hostel I've ever stayed in

Liked: we had lots of fun in naples and really liked the hostel, it offered a pasta night and then a night out for drinks with the guy who worked in the hostel who was fun and easy to get along with a great start to our travels.

Liked: We stayed in 10 hostels in Italy and this was by far the best!Breakfast is fantastic, free pasta twice a week and free internet!The staff are lovely and its soooo cheap!They arrange nights out so its really fun but they don't make noise in the hostel so you can get a good kip too!Literally perfect

Liked: Friendly atmosphere, good location and a nice old building.

Disliked: Not always clean and a little too hot in summer. I advise against going no Naples during hot summer months.

Liked: This hostel was fantastic, probably one of the nicest places I've stayed! We lucked out because when we arrived it was fairly full and there were six of us, so the owner, Mario, put us into an overflow private apartment that was extremely nice (private bathroom, kitchen, etc). Mario and his wife were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great (homemade waffles & pancakes!), and the location was central and great for seeing the city.

Disliked: Everything was great--we didn't dislike anything.

Liked: This property truly tries to help you out in any way you need. They are willing to help with directions, where to find food, and any advice you may need. They also have a free computer in which any guest can use, and free wifi so bring your smartphones, iphones, and touches. Although the elevator is extremely vintage, it worked just find and you'll want to use it because in the summer the heat is killer and the stairs are plentiful!! It is a five-ten minute walk from the Cavour stop on the underground, very easy to get to. From Cavour go towards the right, continue past the archeological museum (right side of the road) and make the right to start to head up the hill and you'll see it on your right. It looks like a castle door or something. Kinda cool. I really liked staying here and the staff was fantastic!

Disliked: I didn't like how the girls dorm (8) didnt have a fan or airconditioning, only because we couldn't keep the window open due to the high traffic outside of the building. It didn't stop all night, but the room literally got to 85*F in the middle of the night. Didn't sleep well, but the beds are find and there a bathroom inside of the room.

Liked: Great place and great service. Would recommend it to anyone. Location is super, owners extremely friendly and helpful, clean and with Wifi that actually works. The building itself is very charming aswell.

Liked: The staff is so helpful, they really helped maximize the time we spent by giving us advice on what to see and where to eat. Also, the meal they prepared for the hostel was awesome and a very nice gesture! They give specific directions on what to do and how to get there. Even writing things out so that you have no problems. They know exactly what the cost is as well so that you can confirm that you are buying what you thought you were.

Disliked: The lack of air conditioning made it somewhat uncomfortable and forced you to open windows which increased the amount of insects. However, there is AC in the common area and kitchen so you do have the ability to cool off after a long day in the heat!

Liked: It was great!!! We got some great tips on where to go, where to eat and what to do. The hostel is run by a father and son and they where both very enthousiastic and helpfull. We even went out with a group (12 people from 6 different countries) from the hostel on our last night, because Davide (the son) thought it might be fun and that was really the case. If you ever go to naples, go to this hostel, because it's the best hostel I have ever stayed in and I have seen my fair share!!!

Disliked: It's a bit noisy if you are on the wrong side of the hostel, but I've slept great within minutes none the less
