Liked: The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they even cooked some lovely risotto, it was free - amazing!!! The hostel is in a great location and there is always someone to ask how to get to your next destination. I really cannot fault this place.

Liked: great helpful staff, perfect location and a good atmosphere. plus has a kitchen which is always a plus!

Liked: Is a really good hostel, good location, price, delicious breakfast, clean, 24 hours open, excellent care, A VERY GOOD HOSTEL!! RECOMMENDED!!!!

Liked: Free internet. Staff had excellent local knowledge and were able to recommend places to go that fit what we wanted and how to get there.

Disliked: The lockers were not secure - only one in our dorm of 6 had a lock. There was stuff left in the room from previous travelers too which should have been thrown out when the room was cleaned.

Liked: It was awesome how it felt home and how everyone was very open and helpful. I loved this place so much, I would stay there for longer, only the city is small so 2-3 days is enough to visit it...

Liked: It was a very friendly place, and always someone around to ask stupid questions of regardless of the time. Very inclusive and welcoming.

Disliked: The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner...

Liked: Friendly staff. Speak perfect English, offered a city map and etc.

Liked: i really enjoyed the infrequent free meals- if you stick around the hostel at about lunch time you may get treated to some wonderful homemade food drom Firenze and Mario, the owners, and often on tuesday and saturday night you get some pasta. The breakfast is pretty basic but free. There is only one computer but it was quiet enough that i got on it at least once per day. The bathroom is right in the dorm and another in the kitchen but not much space for hanging clothes or towels off the ground. It was located close enough to Cavour station to walk and also to Museo Station. There is a good supermarket a short walk away or the small grocery across the road, it is not too far a walk to Via Tribunal or Toledo (both good streets for food and shopping)

Disliked: I was attacked by insects, which i cant understand because i did not see a water source nearby apart from the ocean? There is not really a good enough supermarket close by.

Liked: Very friendly and helpfull.Spacious room

Disliked: Pancake for breakfast not on every day as described on the website. No pasta diner was served on saterday while it was mentioned on the website. Room 201 very loud (next to the desk), hear the bell constantly and people talking loudly on the phone at the desk.

Liked: Good value for money, bright and colurful designed for young people. David was very helpful. Breakfast was good. It's a good location from which to explore. We recommend seeing Herculaneum in Ercolano if you have time on a circumvesuviana train. It is another roman town which was actually better preserved than Pompeii.It's out of the busiest areas af town but still a shortish walk to the train stations and sea front. The property is number 8 on the road.

Liked: Great hostel in a nice building. The best en-suite double room you could ever find for the price. Much better than 3 star hotels I've stayed in!
