Liked: It was 10min walking from the "city center", near from the metro station, during the night the zone was quiet so it seemed safe. The staff was very helpfull and considered. The breakfast was very good, much more variety than the traditional hostel breakfast.

Disliked: The bathroom wasn't dirty but it didn't look extremely clean, all the rest great!

Liked: I loved it. The people you can find working here is beautiful and they help you with all you need, and always with a big smile. If its your first time in Naples, you should to begin here. Its one of the most cheaps places you can find, at the center, near of all most important things.

Disliked: I havent problems. In fact was perfect for me.

Liked: I've met some nice people during my stay, and I also like that it's a family owned property, so they take care of everything.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. Free breaky was good. On two nights we were there the staff cooked free pasta for everyone, which was delicious. Pretty easy to meet other travellers. There was a lift which was good.

Disliked: The lockers didn't lock very well, it was boiling in the rooms, and they could've done with a couple extra showers.

Liked: Really helpful and friendly reception staff, great atmosphere (they organise pub nights, the odd free pasta meal, going out for pizza, etc). Decent breakfast. Good sized dorms, with individual cupboards. Nice communal area, with sofas.

Disliked: If being VERY picky, lack of air conditioning in dorm made it a little hot at night. But for the price, genuinely cannot complain!

Liked: Everything was excellent! Really a nice place! Staff really friendly and helpful!

Disliked: The bathroom was not working properly (and smelled really bad), but then we got another room.

Liked: The service was great, good location close to bus and metro stations, easy to get to everywhere in the city. Staff were easy going and knowledgable, always willing to help, helped with any request made. Room was large, so was the bathroom. Nice common room with free computer and net, large tv and couches. Guest kitchen well equipped. Very secure.

Disliked: Shower head was quite blocked, sprayed everywhere. No aircon, small fan provided, had to have windows open which made it quite noisy at night next to road.

Liked: The location was decent; it was close to the train station and some of the sites.

Disliked: There are no locks on the rooms or the bathrooms, and the in-dorm locker doors were falling off at the hinges. It didn't feel secure in general. The pillows and bedding were also in worse shape that any of the other hostels that I have stayed at.

Liked: Everything! Staff are so friendly and helpful. If you need anything at all they will do everything they can to help you. I needed a lot of stuff printed out for a job interview and they helped me without hesitation. They also helped me to get wherever I needed to go. They also organised a night out and invited everyone at the hostel to go and it was a fantastic night! Free wifi that reaches all the rooms. Great common room with comfy couches, pay tv with tonnes of great channels, excellent place to meet people. Cooking facilities and free breakfast every morning Clean bathrooms and bedrooms Comfy beds Best hostel I've ever stayed in

Liked: The room was spacious and it was quiet. I want to remember you that the city of Naples is loud 24h-24h. The bed are confortable, the metro station 5 minute away, so it is easy to go out of town for a daytrip.

Liked: The atmosphere was great!! The location and the staff made my stay in Napoli easy and FUN!! The staff are really friendly and helpful.. hence they make a great (FREE) meal on Saturdays!! I really enjoyed my stay in Welcome Inn.. they are very welcoming..

Liked: It is a very pleasant, colourful and friendly environment to stay in Napoli. The owner welcomed us really warmly and gave us all the essential information for our stay in the city. We loved the pancakes at breakfast, made by the wife of the owner, and the group outing with the son of the owner. We also met great guys at the lobby. Totally recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at a pleasant hostel.

Liked: Good atmosphere. Staff is awsome, very helpful and friendly. Davide is a great cook. He prepaired pasta for all of us :) The location is perfect, very central and the hostel is very clean.
