Liked: The only downfall is its location, eventhough it is relatively near a metro station, that closes at 11 pm, I would find dificultto find the alley specially in the night, there could be some sign at the main street indicating the place.

Liked: This place is a gem! It's like coming home at the end of each day. The desk staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. As a woman travelling alone, I was unsure about Naples, but I loved it and in the end doubled my intended stay - a first for me.

Liked: The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and new. The kitchen was well equipped. We stayed there at the end of November and it was virtually empty, but it seems like it would be a nice place to meet people in higher tourist season. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The rooms were clean and airconditioned. SO good when you're traveling in Summer. They had a self service kitchen and internet access which was good. The staff were really helpful too. Big thumbs up! :)

Liked: A 100 percent rating might seem a little fishy, like maybe I was put up to it. This is Naples after all. But this was the best hostel I've ever stayed at--and I've stayed at a lot, but rated very few. It's a beautiful and well-decorated building with an enclosed courtyard that makes it feel a bit like a resort. About as quiet a spot as you'll find in Naples, especially at a 15-minute walk at most to anywhere you need to go and right across from the metro. Staff are all awesome, most have been there since it opened a few years ago and the owners are always on hand. They'll help with anything, let you beat them in the occasional game of scopa, or even get you started on the path to enlightenment. All in all a needed oasis of peace and comfort in a chaotic city.
