Liked: La Controra was the best hostel that I stayed at on my 2 1/2 week trip. The hostel is comfortable and clean throughout. The staff in beyond friendly, and the common area is perfect for meeting new people. I was traveling alone, and it was easy for me to put together a crew for a day trip to Pompeii and Sorento. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Naples. I wish I could go back there right now.

Liked: The best place we stayed at during our month long travel. The staff were truly amazing, offered cooking classes, and were knowledgeable about Naples and Italy and suggested great things to do. The kitchen was very clean and nice to use. Definitely a great place to stay while visiting Naples or Pompeii.

Liked: Good place to stay in if you didn't want to face Naples at night. Little scary walking to it from centre and unfortunatly if the metroentrance near herel is shut it's a hefty hill to walk up with luggage when u leave. The rooms and kitchens are lovely just the bathrooms have too few showers. Overall great place to stay shame about the city.

Liked: It is a lovely place near the centre of town, with big rooms, big kitchen, wonderful garden. You can meet friends here and also you will enjoy your stay in Naples. Although these days are holidays in Naples, but the staff here are very helpful, and we still get all we need. I would like to stay here longer till the flight data 20th Aug.

Liked: It was great Hostel and nice garden for breakfast or dinner. Also one spacial evening it have local market in garden at hostel and live music. It great place for meet people too. Also nice big real wood bed and it not like cheap metal bed from IKEA where it found in most other hostel. I will like go back again.

Liked: The hostel is very very good, the atmosphere is great, there are plenty of places for socializing, the rooms are clean and comfortable.The only problem are the bathrooms, which are very dirty... Still, I would recommend it.

Liked: It was the best accommodation in my latest interrail.It's close to the center of Napels and Metro station, it's clean, it's safe, staff is more than helpful, it has guest kitchen, free wireless internet connection, free open buffet breakfast...I have two regrets; i wish i could stay more and i wish i had bought that fancy La Controra t-shirt.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff and a massive back garden and a bar! Only thing is that if u dont wake up before 8:30 there wont b much of the breakfast left! Oh and the showers are tiny! But recomend it!

Liked: The best hostel we stayed at on our trip thru europe. best staff we've met and great facilities. Not the easiest to find from the central station but if you follow the directions closely you'll be okay. if you're going to be in Naples def stay at this hostel!
