Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, nice room, fully equipped kitchen to make my own meals.

Disliked: Some minor plumbing problems (sink took ages to drain), and it was quite a walk to get to any of the sights. Good public transport links though.

Liked: I like the staff there they are really helpful and friendly, I made friends there.

Disliked: well, the outside looks a bit of old and terrible (Naples is a chaos anyway), the inside is really sweet and clean, I like it.

Liked: I loved everything about staying here. The staff was excellent, always helpful and easy to talk to. They also gave good movie recommendations. I stayed in the dorm-style room and they were always clean. I loved the layout of this hostel, and the free breakfast every morning was a nice touch. Good music played throughout the common area.

Disliked: One of the toilet stalls in the girls bathroom frequently didn't flush. One day it was fixed, but the next day, it was impossible to flush again. Nothing too major though.

Liked: this hostel was really different, i liked the layout of it with the dorms in a separate building through the courtyard. when we first got there we had a few problems, the door to our dorm wouldnt close so that wasnt good but staff fixed it for us. then we had problems with putting money in the washer and drier, but eventually got these fixed too. not too many eating places around the hostel but not too far from metro. staff were really really helpful with where to go around the city, ver ynice people.

Disliked: the shower was strange, like showering in a closet...besides that really good shower though.

Liked: GlobArt in Krakow and La Controra in Napoli are the two hostels I've been in as I have been traveling across the world these past 10 weeks which truly stand out in every way. Name a feature that makes a hostel great and these places have got them! Being there makes you feel smart for having chosen it or at least makes you feels as if fortune is on your side.

Disliked: Nothing. It was great!

Liked: This property wasn't directly in the center however it was close to the metro and within walking distance to Via Tribunali, the street where there are a ton of restaurants including the famous Sorbillo. There were a ton of other young travelers and the place was spotlessly clean!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, big and clean rooms, good location right next to a metro station and the city center (although a bit far from the train station), nice kitchen and common area, free breakfast

Disliked: Not much, there could have been more possibilities to charge cellphones though

Liked: Nice breakfast area and good common area for chatting next to the kitchen, making it relatively easy to meet people.

Disliked: Air con was loud in my room and there didn't seem to be any way of turning it off.

Liked: The exceptional fast internet, the espresso machine, the helpful staff

Disliked: The Male toilets are a bit weird. Not dirty, but rather the showers are very small and narrow, and similarly the toilets are too close to the door - you have to use them very awkwardly.
