Liked: It was really close to the central station. Very god if you are arriving late as we did.

Disliked: We booked a double room (couple) but we got a room with a bunk-beds. Not that cosy! Not the most comfortable beds either. Very thin walls. You hear people going in and out of their rooms and bathroom.

Liked: Great location a few steps from the train station, which allows you to reach places within Naples and also trains to nearby sights such as Pompei. Also, it's really close to the famous pizzeria Da Michele, which is absolutely amazing!

Disliked: No wi-fi in rooms, but it's ok because the lounge is just across the hall and it's open 24/7.

Liked: The staff is super helpful. They showed us all the best sights, day trips, and discounts in Naples. The hostel also had comfy beds, big lockers, free (minimal) breakfast, great location (walking distance from city center and metro), a kitchen, and was right next to a grocery store.

Disliked: No hot showers and spotty internet.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and able to provide help on all topics needed plus some very good advise on things to do and see. Also the location is a short walk to all the main transport hubs plus a market outside your door. Though the area surrounding the hostel is a bit on the dodgy side it never felt unsafe.

Disliked: Breakfast was a bit basic but at least they had coffee.

Liked: Nice and close to the train station and not a bad walk to the sights. The common areas were nice, although the attitude was very "I'll just hang out with my own group & not socialize". The owner was helpful, although a little strict. A good chill place to stay, but not a party hostel.

Disliked: Wifi only works in the common areas.

Liked: good location staff are very nice and friendly

Liked: It was very clean, we felt very safe, and the people running it were so helpful and sweet.

Disliked: It was pretty loud in that area while we were trying to sleep, but it was close to the train station, and we are heavy sleepers so it worked for us.

Liked: Great location if you are coming from the train station, very easy to find. The owner was wonderful and helpful in everyway. We missed breakfast as we had an early flight. I think it's a big tick if a hostel offers breakfast no matter what it is. Naples has a bad reputation for being dirty and unsafe at times but if you are travel smart there shouldn't be anything to worry about. I would stay at this hostel again. Before I forget the bed sheets were crisp and clean.

Disliked: Nothing to note.

Liked: Close to the train station (but don't follow the directions they have online, they make you go in a circle, just look at the map and head straight). Fairly big dorms. Lockers in dorms. Reception were really helpfull and friendly. Proper amount of bathrooms for people staying there which is always a bonus.

Disliked: The noise, but that can't really be helped in Naples, it's just a dirty noisy city, but still a cool place to visit. Breakfast was very basic, weird small toast and cornflakes.

Liked: when we arrived, there was a problem with 2 rooms and they had to repair them. so they sent us to another hotel with the same price.

Disliked: that finally we didnt stay there :)

Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. They understand the spirit of backpackers.

Disliked: Since they were still renovating the place, there were no computers available, omly wifi. And I think it lacks a bit of character because it is such a new place.

Liked: It was clean, staff were frendly and is was in the centre of the historical area, museums, churches and galleries. Breakfast was always good.

Disliked: You could hear the people in the room next door, the toilet flushing, showering and even talking and snoring.

Liked: close to train station. private bathrooms. staff so friendly and helpful. great kitchen. balconies (although really not much of a view....). as not nice as naples is, it really is probably one of the better hostels.

Disliked: naples just wasn't nice in general...the garbage was really repulsive! that's not the fault of the hostel though. the bathrooms were old and gross. also no keys to the bedrooms.

Liked: Vi hade bokat varsin säng i en 4-sovsal, men fick ett eget rum! Bra att receptionen var öppen 24h. Trevlig personal som svarade på våra funderingar och gav oss tips på aktiviteter i staden. Kanske inte den nyaste inredningen men rent och absolut värt pengarna!

Disliked: Staden visade sig vara en besvikelse/soptipp/byggarbetsplats men det är inget man kan belasta hostelet för och vi var i Napoli enbart för Pompei. Vill man ha en stadig frukost bör man köpa med sig lite för att komplettera. Den bestod som överallt annars av ljust rostbröd, rumsvarm mjölk, flingor och kaffe.

Liked: The owner is friendly and he shows all the interest points in Naples. It is close to the train station.

Disliked: The room where I stayed was quite old. The shower wasn't verry nice. The area of the train stacion is not the nicest place in Naples.

Liked: Staff very helpful and owner was proud of his hostel. At check-in we were provided with very good safety tips, location of good pizzerias and day trips etc. They were also trustworthy and we felt safe leaving any valuables at the hostel. Naples is not as bad as everyone makes out (like any big city really) but still good to take precautions.

Disliked: Not the greatest location near the train station in terms of feeling safe but staff were very reassuring. Wifi wasn't that good.
