Liked: great location with easy access to everything. market right outside so can be noisy in the morning. free internet, breakfast included. staff very helpful

Liked: The kitchen was awesome, the bathroom and rooms were really clean, the neighborhood coud be a bit noisy and maybe a little sketchy but use good sense and you won't have any problems... the room was a good value for the money and there was a huge cheap supermarket down the block.

Liked: Safe and secure on the fourth floor. Close to the train station. Staff very helpful in navigating Naples. It is in a bit of a sketchy area, but most of Naples seems to be sketchy.

Liked: Was convenient for the both train stations and most sites. Supermarket nearby. Very helpful staff with plenty of advice of what to do and how to go about doing it. Had a dodgy market in the front though, but I think that's just Naples for you.

Liked: It was a bit ghetto, but it had character, and the staff was very kind and went over and above their duty. If I return to Napoli I will definitely stay here again.

Liked: My partner and I have stayed in 7 different hostels in Italy advertised on this site and we rated this the best. The hostel is located in one of the more colourful areas of the city, but it couldn't be any better placed for the central and regional train stations, bus terminals and the main shopping street, and maybe 5 mins walk to the port. The staff were excellent, full of knowledge and were great at suggesting the cheapest way of doing things. The rooms were clean and secure, and the breakfast and internet were both free which was a real bonus for the price. I'm sometimes dubious of the restaurants which are recomended by hostels but I can honestly say that the pizzaria that was suggested is the best I have ever visited 9and I've been to a few!)

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff and good advice - how to avoid pick pockets and snatch thieves on the streets. Really appreciated the advice as I was targeted twice but did not loose anything!!!

Liked: Very clean and cosy...the staff was really friendly and helpfull. The room was big and confortable..although the door had the lock broken and we couldnt lock during the night. Free internet...The only bad thing is that there was only 1 bathroom..but it was really clean.

Liked: The staff really does care about your well being and they are not really strict with unnecessary rules. They go out of their way to help you and have lots of information poisted in the hostel about day trips and other good hostels in the area. Also there were 2 computers to use with free internet, and balconies off all the rooms for smokers.

Liked: Located right near the train and bus stations. Staff very helpful with questions and responsive to problems like leaky showers. Even though there were no locks on the room doors, staff keep an eye out for who comes and goes in the hostel 24 hours a day.

Liked: Good kitchen, staff were genuinely concerned about safety & were a great source of information for places to see in & around Naples, they also gave good transport advice. Area of hostel not really desirable & quite scary but staff ensured you were well aware of safety issues.
