About Gioia House
The house and the rooms are furnished in a vintage style. A shabby style kitchen where to start your day with a good breakfast and a small terrace with flowering plants and fruit trees to relax. On the second floor, a relaxing room with a comfortable sofa and a reading corner with books in different languages.
When you are in Gioia House you will feel like living in a country house… in Milan downtown.
Gioia House has rooms with shared bathrooms and with private ensuite.
The rooms types available are: single, double/twin and triple.

Gioia House is located in Porta Venezia area. Porta Venezia is a historic district full of strong architectural traces left by the Art Nouveau style (la belle époque).
Porta Venezia area is characterized by being a very rich in stores, mostly located in Corso Buenos Aires, exhibition spaces, museums, and public gardens. And for lovers of good food, a wide selection of good Italian and ethnic reataurants.
Porta Venezia is also one of the new nightlife area of Milan. The Porta Venezia, once deserted, has now become one of the most popular fun night owl, with some streets as Panfilo Castaldi, Felice Casati, via Lecco and surroundings that are filled with restaurants and pubs of every kind, for every taste and pocket.
