Liked: Despite lacking in character, it was a safe nights sleep. Breakfast is included and was reasonably good, no limits either so you an fill up. Staff were helpful.

Liked: It was cheapest I could find in Milan which was the reason why I booked it. It is quite far from the city centre but underground line 1 is close and public transportation is relatively cheap and easy to use. The hostel itself was clean and quite comfortable, the showers and toilets work well. Nearest supermarket is within 5-10 min walk. The security lockers are in the corridor which works all right but I'd rather have had my things in my room. Anyways, this hostel is excellent for backpackers and other budget travellers.

Liked: The washing machine and dryers were nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful to find things we wanted to do.

Liked: Breakfast was the best. The hotel was clean and it has the basics. A little too quiet and far from the city center, but it has a metro station near so it's not too bad.

Liked: the hostel is average, location is rather far away, but the breakfast was ok. showers and toilets condition is far away from desired, no electrical socket in the rooms. the main advantage of the hostel is that the staff was really friendly.
