Tove PearceWe (me and three girlfriends) booked this hotel because of its value for money and location to the centre of Milan. The aim of our trip was to sightsee and to celebrate my 18th birthday. The property was just as advertised, though in a better location than expected. The staff are friendly though on our last night (before we flew home) our room got a call telling us to keep the noise down when it was actually the room next door. Another downside to the property was they took the full amount out of a family members bank account upon arrival when we were instructed to pay by cash upon arrival, infact we payed upon departure. All in all if your looking for a cheap hotel in Milan then I would recomend hotel the best! |

Customer reviewreasonably close to the station. although the directions to get there as listed on the hostel bookers confirmation page were very unhelpful a bit expensive for what it was worth. there were other places that had a cheaper rate and were more highly rated. |

Peter Mehtawe were diverted to a nearby hotel because of problems with the rooms. The staff at the alternative location must have passed out top in a 'how not to be friendly to guests' course as they managed to avoid smiling or display any other outwards forms of interest to their guests |

Customer reviewClean and cheap. Facilities were good and much better then any where else I've stayed in Milan for a similar or even higher price. The only thing I didn't like was that the internet cost so much. There also wasn't an iron which I needed one night. Still really good though. |
