Customer reviewThe hotel had a really good location and the staff spoke fairly good english, and so were quite helpful. It was also very clean, our beds were made every day and the breakfast was simple but tasty. However, we did have some problems with our booking as staff did not get back to my e-mails when one of my companions was unable to come on our trip and I wanted to change rooms, and I ended up having to pay for her for all three nights we stayed, as they didn't have a smaller room available when we arrived, and charge more than booking through hostelbookers. |

Katerina GeorgievskaThe staff was great, the Hostel had a map already printed and they were giving this things to us for free, also explaining us, how to reach a place that we would like to visit, Very friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to reach the center and piaza Duomo, easy to reach the metro or bus, etc, Very nice Italian restaurant near the Hotel exactly the next street, family business, good food, and very polite people, I was feeling very good, Service excellent everywhere in Milan! Nice people, you should go visit! |

Lee DunneHelpfulness of the staff, very close to the Stazione Centrale, A very cheap local market outside of the hotel on Monday, Tuesday and Friday so a cheap lunch is very easy to pick up and the main street of Corso Vittoro Emmanuelle II is only a 15 minute walk along another great shopping street Corso Buenos Aires. |
