A few minutes walk gets you to all the underground lines connecting you easily to Duomo, Sforza Castle, Leonardo 's Last Supper, Alla Scala theatre, and Saint Ambrose Basilica.
On the same lines, it is possible to reach the prestigious streets of Via della Spiga and Via Montenapoleone the fashion district as well as the Milan Fairground with its expositions
and the San Siro stadium "Cathedral" of European soccer.

The neighbourhood is very lively thanks to its Bars, Pizzerias and restaurants filled with many people.
Twice a week there is a very colourful and picturesque open-air street market.
