Liked: the free WiFi and the location is good comparing to the price you pay.

Disliked: The fact that you have to pay for every extra service. Like linnen etc. It's just not comfortable

Liked: It's located in a nice area, with loads of places for coffee and piza, which are quite cheap. The hostel was clean.

Disliked: The staff hardly speak english and was not helpful and respectful at all. When we arrived and asked to point the hostel on a map, girl on the reception couldn't do it, she also didn't give us any information about the city at all. The hotel staff was smoking on the reception and listening for the music loud at night. The hostel is generally very noisy, doors cannot be locked, there are no lockers for your things to leave and generally there is a total mess and disorganization in this place.

Liked: Staff is friendly, close to bus stops, give you what you book. You get what you pay, it's not that expensive so don't come with expensive expectations.

Disliked: Staff wasn't always at the reception desk, you have to pay for towels and pay for new linen every 3 nights. The shower was sometimes cold and not enclosed so there was water every where. But all this is manageable as long as your aware.

Liked: People in general are friendly.

Disliked: Extreme dirty rooms, lack of hot water from time to time, lack of professionalism in general. very bad and old accommodation, no secure place for the travelling items.

Liked: Guys at reception were helpful and funny. Room/bed cheap as chips. Hostel located in a really nice area - bit of a walk from the centre though, but a pleasant one. Cafe at the corner next door.

Disliked: Bathroom could do with a refurb, almost everything was broken/just about usable.

Liked: For this money was great. Cheap, clean, funny staff and kitchen had good equipment! I like it! Enjoy

Disliked: Without map is hard to find, but people was nice and helpful with find a way :)

Liked: The café next door

Disliked: They take money for things, which should be for free. Like maps and linen. Linen, they said on the webside, should be in price if you pay more than 15 euros the night. We paid 2 euros the night. They gave us other rooms as we booked. One group of two people had a stay in another hotel for one night. The water was cold. They have just 3 toilets. And 3 showers for all rooms. For about 40 people.

Disliked: You have to wait long for hot water, or ask the staff... It is a hostel but also a home to a famiy. Even if you do not see them, you hear them.

Liked: It seemed affordable

Disliked: The staff weren't as helpful as I expected. they seemed bored and preoccupied with other stuff. Kitchen access is limited early in the morning. when I visited, only one of the showers was functional.

Liked: Cheap, friendly staff, good location (10mins by bus to the city centre, a lot of busses to every part of the city), clean sheets

Disliked: No hot water and toilet paper on the first day - but when we asked they made it work. No maps in the reception. Have to pay extra 4 euro for sheets. No breakfast, despite what's written on hostelbookers.

Liked: Honestly speaking: NOTHING

Disliked: We are an organization which organizes several travels during whole of the year since almost 4 years. We must say that stay at Mister Mildo has been the worst experience so far. I can make a list of what we disliked (we means 49 people who actually stayed there): 1. Very rude and unfriendly staff. The moment you arrived, someone called Cairo who is responsible for maintenance perhaps, was furious and behaving rudely. For example, the group leader asked if it is possible to have a map of Milan, the answer was, you are 49 people and you come to Milan without even having a map? This kind of behaviour towards guests you can expect there. 2. They charged our credit card for the remaining amount already a day before our arrival which is totally unprofessional 3. We booked for 61 beds and we were 49 who could finally join for the visit to Milan. Even if we called them 3 days in advance whether we can cancel few places, they said it is not possible, you have to do it 21 days in advance. Even though, we did not reserve those beds 21 days in advance neither. We reserved them 2 weeks ago. Thus, even if we were 49, we were charged for 61. 4. They made reservation for 61 people, we arrived 49, they did not have place for 49 either. In total, they had 20 beds at Mister Mido and then the group was split in three parts, some of us sent to their 'sister' hostel around a kilometer away, some were sent to another hostel in the same building and 20 could finally stay at Mister Mido. Why do they book for groups when they cannot provide for them at the same place which is the idea of a group to stay together? 5. We called them beforehand that our group will arrive a bit earlier than the check-in time, so can we refresh ourselves before leaving to visit the city and leave our luggage at the hostel? They said yes, but when we arrive, the first discussion was nobody is allowed to take shower, only WC can be used and guess what? For a group of 49 (which was supposed to be 61 actually if everyone could make it) they have at Mister Mido only 3 showers and WCs. 6. They charge 4 euro on the top of the price for bed linen (bed sheet, pillow cover etc.) and 2 euro for the using of a towel etc., so be careful while booking because they are having many hidden costs which are finally going to rip you off. 7. What to say about the cleanliness at the hostel? It seems nobody from the social controls has ever visited the place. If they do and if they be honest, certainly Mister Mido should be closed on hygeinic grounds. Dirty floor, wires hanging out from the walls, broken showers, very cheap quality beds and so on. We can explain the whole list here. In total, it is certainly not recommended by our association to anyone. The price-quality ratio is far too bad.

Liked: anything (and i've been in more than 30 hostels all over Europe)

Disliked: All the showers were broken The beds were noisy and unconfortable We had to pay 4euros for the sheets even when we had our own sheets because they told us we could had slept with animals on it.

Liked: It had comfortable beds and was walk able distance from the centre

Disliked: We had not working shower and our room didn't lock from the outside. this meant tht we couldn't leave much in the room when we weren't in it.
