 The Hotel manager is very friendly and helpful, we had free internet and wi-fi. Breakfast was good, very close to the train station. It only costs 10 Euros to get to or from the Central Station though...
We had clean towels every day... It was just a great place to take a break from noisy hostels...

The hostel was really nice and the staff were amazingly kind and helpful. The only problem is that everything is closed in the city during the month of August (no bars, discos, and very difficult to find coffes or restaurants opened).

It was clean, fresh towels everyday, free internet. Reception staff very friendly and helpful which was a plus. Never travel to Milan in August as the place is shut, knowing this we would not come back in August!

We only stayed overnight before heading to the airport, but the man at reception was very kind and helpful. It was only 10 euro to get there by taxi from the Milano Centrale railway station, which was very conveniant for us. We also got prompt replies to emails we sent asking questions.
