Liked: Very clean, very safe and the staff were very helpful and friendly . In an excellent area for local bus routes taking you directly to the central station, and only a short walk to the centre.

Liked: It was in walking distance to the city centre and the night time staff were very helpful and friendly. The daytime staff need to be more helpful and friendly as it felt like it was a hassle to ask any questions.

Liked: We liked the fact it has internet and breakfast for 3 euros. Friendly - just need to ask rather than wait to be told. Milan seems confusing at first but its easily access by bus and tram.

Liked: The dorms are very spacious, toilets and showers are clean. Staff doesn't speak much english but are helpful nonetheless. Short bus ride to the city attraction.

Liked: Old fashinoned building, felt like experiencing Milanese life. Nitemare to find where the hotel is when we arrived during the night. Most staff welcoming, but only 1 staff member very rude and this put me off the hostel. All in all great value for money.

Liked: good location; near 2 buslines, only a few minutes walk to metronice large rooms, with cleaning service + towels and bidetpersonnel speaks english and even some dutchlittle bit noisy though

Liked: the old guy from the staff is a GRANDE! also the hotel has a very central position, close to everything you may need for touring - bus and metro. the price is also an advantage for Milan, that is one of Europe's most expensive city. The hotel location is very picturesque, with a beautiful entrance and view from an old italian building. There's also a close supermarket, great for snacks and dinner sandwichs (salami and cheese)
