Customer reviewIt was in walking distance to the city centre and the night time staff were very helpful and friendly. The daytime staff need to be more helpful and friendly as it felt like it was a hassle to ask any questions. |

Frances RowanOld fashinoned building, felt like experiencing Milanese life. Nitemare to find where the hotel is when we arrived during the night. Most staff welcoming, but only 1 staff member very rude and this put me off the hostel. All in all great value for money. |
